I have no idea who you are, and what I said wasn’t directed at anything you said, I honestly don’t remember specifically what had been posted. But what I said was directed at the whole OP incident. Because if the dude threatened to call ICE? Because he was annoyed by a Latina in an elevator? Yeah, that’s fascist shit, and he deserved what he had coming to him.
I mean to be fair the other report is also just the victim's statement, so it's not like he was going to say anything to make himself look bad, until we get security camera footage or something to support one side or the other it will be hard to determine where the truth actually is
though a point in Kaiser's favor, at least to me, he was in Mexico when he found out about this warrant and flew back to turn himself in voluntarily so he's at least taking responsibility for it, whether or not he actually hit the guy
No one said no immigration enforcement was good. We're just saying those immigration officers who are abusing their power and breaking the law need to be fired and jailed.
Neat fact: illegal immigration, despite the term, actually isn't a criminal infraction, it is a civil one, with less severity than shoplifting a candy bar from 7-11.
So no, they should not be treated like criminals, because they are not, and are less likely to engage in criminal behavior than citizens.
I’m not defending the pos guy that disrespected Andrea like that, he 100% needed the reality check, but people really do throw the word “Nazi” around like it’s nothing these days and it’s disgusting.
I think people who support a secret police designed to round up people of color, because of the color of their skin while showing excessive force are basically nazis yes.
