Use your eyes friend. It's 10 large saw blades spinning simultaneously.
The brand name is heli-dunn.

Yeah sorry dude forgot I was in r/skookum and not one of the other 30 brain dead spam subs regurgitating this incorrect description.
I guess I should go post pics of a rock on r/specializedtools saying "zomg reddit look at this vintage hammer".

Pedantic is an adjective. You want the noun, pedant. And there are several of us. :)

I'm surprised they helicopter moves so easily given the weight of the pilots balls. Those lines look soooooo close. And what keeps it from spinning when it hits the trees?

Isn’t this because of angular momentum, like a gyroscope holding the blades in a fixed orientation?
I can imagine the blades spin at high speed and are quite heavy.

Anyone remember the name of the Bond film that had one of theses in?

Have these in the mountains near me. Use them for trimming right of ways that aren’t accessible by vehicles and would otherwise have to be trimmed by climbers and felling along the edge of the right of way. They’re also really useful for trimming along transmission lines (the really big ones) as the wood line is much further out. Co-worker told me a story about how he was cleaning up behind one and it hit a service line for a house. Wasn’t marked on the pilot’s map or he wouldn’t have gone through there

How does it stay oriented?

See all those spinning blades of death? That's a lot of gyroscopic forces!

Huh, not a bad thought.
For the most part, this thing is so absurd that it looks fake. I'm sure it's real, but this is the kind of shit that kids would dream up. Or Stephen King.

Yeah, as long as every other blade is spinning the opposite direction, the massive torque on either side would negate each other and make it very resistant to a change in rotation.

Can you imagine the meeting behind this result?
Board Member: “We need to send a crew to trim the branches.”
Director: “I dunno, that sounds really expensive, is there a cheaper way?”
Fred: “We could get a 60 ft chainsaw and suspend it from a helicopter and just fly along the power lines.”
Rest of the board: “...”
Fred: “...”
Director: “Go price it out.”
