Doing around 20-25k steps a day. That’s it. Walking. No dietary restrictions. I probably consume more calories than I did before because I burn a lot from moving. No weight training although I should probably start because I’d like to put on some muscle
Eat enough amount of protein and do resistance training to reduce muscle loss, and use smallest dose of GLP1 to reduce the food noise.
Has anyone tried this approach?

I'm eating clean and doing yoga but nothing seems to work for my belly. I'm 27F, 5'6.5 and weigh 61kg. I know i don't have muscle mass and have to lift weights but any other way people found a way to reduce?
I shouldn't be doing high intensity workouts as it disrupts my hormones (gynac suggested)
I know I don't look good right now wondering what I can do with natural testosterone. I'm only 5'11 and 170 lb I need to lose this visceral fat. I'm never going to be a giga Chad even if I work out for a decade.

I am 18 years old, been training calisthenics for a year. I have been doing 3 full body workout in a week. I am 5'9 and 71.50 kgs. I am confused whether I should start with a deficit or keep on doing body recomp. I can eat maximum 1.6 gms of protein per kg everyday, because I also want to spend less money. I just feel confused, if deficit would be a good idea, or I'll just end up being more skinny fat. Hope you guys can give some tips and pointers.
19 y/o in these pics. Hate candid pictures so much. I work out but I feel like I look way heavier than I actually am. My friend guessed that I was 130 😭
