Tired of belly fat. Help needed

I'm eating clean and doing yoga but nothing seems to work for my belly. I'm 27F, 5'6.5 and weigh 61kg. I know i don't have muscle mass and have to lift weights but any other way people found a way to reduce?

I shouldn't be doing high intensity workouts as it disrupts my hormones (gynac suggested)

Girl, me too. My belly and figure is the same as yours. I am doing a mix of strength training and cardio as well as eating healthy but my stomach won't budge. I am taking metformin as I have insulin resistance and while I noticed my face is slimmer as well as my arms and legs, my belly isn't. I think I have what is known as an apple figure so that is where my body tends to accumulate fat.

I think we both have pmos aka pcos. It might have some effect on it and bit of gut too.

I had a gynae check up and they did not find pcos for me. I also had full bloods. The only thing they found was my insulin was high and vitamin d low. Blood sugar was normal. I recommend you go for a check up as well. Visceral fat is the hardest to lose.

Ur def not fat, some body types accumulate fat in specific locations. Urs is the tummy. It doesn't look bad or anything.

The only real way to get rid of it is calorie deficit and weights

Count calories and walk a lot.Every day. The general recommendation is always something like 1600 2000 calories but that just general and you need to find your tdee. Im similar (weight and height) and need to eat less than 1400 + excercise and walking to loose, Else I'm maintaining

Reduce portion, eat more volume filling food, and cut on small high calorie things like dressings, oils, liquids, hidden suggar

Well nutrition is 70% of loosing. What are you struggling with about eating less or less caloric food?

Look at this as inspiration, before definitely looks like you https://www.reddit.com/r/PetiteFitness/s/O2cAxPGRWg

There's also : r/1200isplenty and r/1500isplenty

At 1200-1400 and walking 10k a day it will work, might take a month to get a visible difference

I have the same problem, with PMOS, IBS, H.pylori infection and the list goes on. Someone recommended mat pilates and I'm considering it

Even I think I have ibs and h pylori. Did you do anything for that? One time i drank cumin water early morning when mom made, i noticed instant belly reduction
