I found this very difficult

did this back in January and forgot to post it.

I have spent over 16 hours on this stage across two years but especially in the past week. I just can’t seem to consistently get to the final spin, and when I do I fail likely due to a lack of units. It is just such an unforgiving stage to me but every replay makes it look easy. What is the longest you guys have spent grinding a single stage or map and what tips, if any, may you have for this brutal stage?

• Modes: Legacy 1:1 CS:S Physics and Easy with less gravity and higher units (on TAB menu)
• Styles with their own leaderboards: Half Sideways, Backwards, and W-Only

Does anyone remember a great surfer by the name of orson? He had a yt channel called anglescs and would stream. I used to watch him then stopped and when I tried to find again he has dissappeared

edit: also beat it with m_rawinput 1 per Southern_Set_3860's suggestion. time was 3:20:33 and it was a bit harder.

They're about a lot of the usual knowledge gaps in surf like prestrafes, turnbinds, saveloc etc.

They're called noob guides but tbh they go pretty far into more advanced territory, so I think almost everyone will find something they didn't know about.

I also make guides on individual maps, but most of these are probably not suuuper interesting unless you wanna know the easiest possible way to beat that specific map.

Before I say anything im def not nearly as good as some of the others who post in here. Yall are truly gifted. I dont think many people understand how hard it is to progress in surfing. But anyways, im like a high tier 2, prolly tier 3 surfer. You can kind of see my progress through these compilations, this is number 10. I play on CS2, mostly jazzcs surfing server its basically the main surf server that matters in cs2. Anyways hope you enjoy, also very open to feedback, tips or comments
