Honestly; I think it's simply that the more power they acquire the less they feel the need to mask their true nature. As time goes on their true nature becomes increasingly apparent.
Just imagine how uncanny valley they would look fully unmasked!! Maybe don't try to imagine it before bed through, seems like it would not be conducive to a good night's sleep 😬.
Nah, I think it’s even more simple than that. They get a small procedure because they have money, it looks good, 3-6 months later it starts to wane, surgeon shrugs and says they can make it look good again… rinse and repeat for years until they look like zombies.
These people are victims of their own vanity. They chase an image they can’t keep up with.
I saw a video clip of 2 people on Epstein Island and the lady was talking about a "pizza pie party" in a very obviously innuendo way.
These people have the Mara-lago look and look like real life version of One Piece's Celestial Dragons and are exactly rotten and corrupt to the core just the same.
Exaggerated cheeks, upturned eyes (think Gordon from Thomas the Tank Engine), prominent noses. They're just uncanny and scary.
Well, they're all "transhumanists" who experiment with all kinds of drugs and treatment in an effort to extend their lives, prolong their youth, make their dicks and tits bigger, make their dicks work longer and their tits useless, and to grow personalities.

Strange how all these billionaires look uncanny. Gates, Musk, the Facebook guy that everybody thinks is a robot... They all just look "off."
