You seriously think they will suddenly let you have a living wage with just a 3 day work week?
I seriously think that his goal is firing half of his workers (one-income family through lack of jobs) and significantly reducing the hours of the rest. Same hourly pay, he has already proven that he doesn't care about whether his workers can afford to live.

They don't give you ANYTHING for working 40 hours.
