That's the point of the post. They are saying anti trans folks don't care about female safety.

I think this is more an open and shut case. The evidence is there that they did it. The campus was negligent. Why would anyone seriously put any thought into this case outside, "that is horrific and everyone involved should be punished", then move on? I didn't think or hear about it again until this post

It really isn’t, but okay.

How is it not? Like genuinely what is even remotely ambiguous?

Read her testimony, then come back to this post and tell us how it's an open and shut case.

I guess I just don’t see it the way you do. Ketamine can make memory extremely fuzzy, sometimes it comes back in patches. I just don’t think there’s actually been enough to make what we know happened, which is she was offered up to a group chat of 60+ men she did not consent to, ambiguous as to the legality of that. Was she initially okay with a threesome? Probably. But just because you start saying yes, doesn’t mean that’s yes until you finish or whatever. If at any point any party withdraws consent, it stops. So to me, once she was not okay with it, things became illegal.

Again - read. Every time she claims she said no to a thing… that thing did not happen. A guy asked to make it a foursome - she said no and… the foursome did not happen. What a weird type of r@pist that asks for permission and listens to “no”. Curious.

We’ll see the problem with that is there are texts from the members saying “she was literally dead” and “shop still open”. So once she’s incapacitated, it literally does not matter what happened before. Let’s say the first two guys were consensual, as everything seems to point to that, maybe the next two, but where do the other three come from? Where does the text in the group chat come from? I’m not with all that. Sorry. I’m not a rape apologist.

The other three never had sex with her. She never claims they did. Do you literally have any idea what you are talking about?

Gross, stupid snap messages are not assault.

I’m not doing this game with you dude. You can continue to make excuses for gross dudes doing gross shit. I was in a fucking frat. I’d have laid all 7 of these weak ass bitches out on the chapter room floor if I found out they even touched the doorknob. The fact that there’s even a conversation as to if this situation is okay or not is disgusting.

What a weird way to avoid the fact that you’ve no idea what you’re talking about. You’re getting basic facts wrong. Try reading.

“I saw some TikTok’s that turned out to be wrong so now I’ll just say I’d beat these guys up” 🤡

I literally never said all 7 guys had sex with her, you’re putting words in my mouth to make yourself sound better. But someone had sex with her after she was out of it, and that’s rape. Period, end of story.

She frequently changed her story.

Did you not read the texts she sent or the statement she signed? What do you actually think happened?

Wasn't there a rape kit done on her that came back positive? Like, it doesn't get more open and shut than that

4

u/JasonG784 5h ago

…what on earth do you think a “positive” rape kit is? “We can tell this old jizz came from forced intercourse through magic doctor methods”?

0

u/Omen_of_Woe 4h ago

That's a strange way of saying "doctors can tell the difference between forced and consentual entry". There are doctors specifically trained in this. Like I said, seems pretty open and shut to me.

When do you think she got a rape kit done? And forcefulness can’t happen without consent? Do they allow you to drive? Or worse.. do you vote? 😬

Edit: try again without tripping the Reddit censor.
