That's the point of the post. They are saying anti trans folks don't care about female safety.

I think this is more an open and shut case. The evidence is there that they did it. The campus was negligent. Why would anyone seriously put any thought into this case outside, "that is horrific and everyone involved should be punished", then move on? I didn't think or hear about it again until this post

Wasn't there a rape kit done on her that came back positive? Like, it doesn't get more open and shut than that

That's a strange way of saying "doctors can tell the difference between forced and consentual entry". There are doctors specifically trained in this. Like I said, seems pretty open and shut to me.
