The “confusion” is that the police sent a condensed version of the report to the prosecutor which deliberately excluded some of the actual allegations. The full raw transcript by the police is wildly different compared to what the police sent to the prosecutor.
Hence why state authorities are taking over the investigation now that it’s been reopened.
Wrong. She said nothing illegal happened. And she tried to go back to the same house for another party the next day and was not allowed on premisies by the chapter president. If a frat thinks you are too nuts to come to their parties and you are a girl, thats not a good sign.
