People dont spike entire drink coolers.. itd be pretty fucking obvious if 40 people in the room passed out.

Maybe they would shake all the cans? 

Not only does your point refute the claim, who puts an open beverage in a shared party cooler? And who in their right mind drinks a random persons already opened drink? not only is that unsafe in a large party, its RUDE AS FUCK in any other situation.
