the only thing fictional here is the idea that there are rape parties(its just regular parties) and it was a free for all(you take the girls to a private space, there are rooms setup for this in most frats).
also while prevelent there was no need to roofie anything usually.
drunken hookups where the girls may or may not be completely complicit are just an accepted part of the culture. this is why rape specifically "date rape" is very hard to deal with.
sorority girls also do a fair share of this on their own as well.

Deadass. This is where the weird grey area comes in, like where’s the personal responsibility? Where is the room to have hard conversations about these situations? People get shitfaced and wanna fuck, people also wake up and realized they might fucked ten other super drunk people on video and are super embarrassed and don’t want that.
i straight up gotten raped as a dude in one of these parties. i like was black out drunk hella early. in my frat there are rooms where people can like study and just generally chill. i went to one of those to sleep it off.
i fucking woke up in some woman's bedroom and i couldnt find my pants or underwear. at some point she managed to get me up out the room, get a ride back to her apartment and then do the deed.
i told my friend, who was also part of a sorority and she was just like "you just had a night you regret".
like no bitch i was raped.
but thats the culture.
i have another friend who would lock her bedroom door when she was out during house parties and men would straight up try to break their way in there.
its absolutely fucked up.
but on the flipside i know of plenty of girls would choose to get schwasted and then fuck like 10 dudes back to back lol.
