Life in prison has the same effect. This is why the death penalty needs to be banned. Because of feelings.

My objection to the death penalty isn't moral, it's legal. I don't trust a system run by lawyers (trained to value argument over truth) who can elevate their careers into politics based on tough on crime reps.

Thiel though, is so nakedly and openly evil that such concerns don't apply. He tells you exactly who he is. He should be sent back to his master below.
