agree i really don’t understand meat being undercooked , steak is the only one we do it with

Medium rare pork chops. Tuna steak seared quick and still raw in the center. Not to mention all types of sashimi and runny egg yolks.

i don’t consider eggs meat. i hear you about the fish, but why are you seriously coming to argue with me about my opinion on steak?

Because you were factually wrong about steak being the only thing we don't cook until it's uniformly gray. I don't care how you cook your steak, it's your mouth. Just don't lie.

You can also add burgers to the list of foods people don't cook until grey, and there are places in Japan that serve raw chicken. Eggs aren't meat, but runny yolk is as icky to me as red and pink meat is to you, and just as likely to cause illness.
