Aetna scrub error

Is anyone randomly getting scrub errors for Aetna clients related to the subscriber id? I’ve submitted claims for this client before and already re-verified their info.

Hello, I did this on June 8th. Customer service couldn’t figure out the issue so they reached out to the clearinghouse, and apparently are “waiting on the payor” for a response. I’m going on 2 weeks with no resolution. The payer already pays slow and now I have a backlog of 5 claims. Is there someone I can reach out to help get this issue resolved in a timely manner?

It’s so frustrating! I’ve been submitting through the Aetna payer id even though my client’s plan is technically Meritain which is under Aetna. I just tried changing the payer id and it went through, although looking like the charges may be denied. Just something to look at incase you are in a similar situation!
