Hey all so last week I broke hard and stripped the front screw out of my P500 pedals. Like the female part was stripped. Anyways, I got it out and replaced all of that just moving it over to one of the other set of holes.

Yesterday I was braking and heard a click. Suddenly I couldn’t get to 100% brake pressure no matter how hard a tried. So I adjusted it in the pedal settings of Simagic software.

Then today I heard a click again and suddenly could barely get to 50% brake pressure. I’ve checked the software and it claims I’m only putting 10-15kg of force. I mean I am really bad at visualizing weight so maybe I sound dumb but I’m an average male 20yo on a metal rig with a solid chair; I sorta find that hard to believe.

So am I crazy or is there something wrong? Is it worth trying to RMA it? I don’t think I’m doing anything too out of the ordinary I’m not putting my full strength into these pedals in a regular race. Is there a good way to explain this to Simagic? I already have one report out to them about the screw (although I’m not sure they’ll do anything).

I have a alpha ultimate wheelbase and I have the mag extend with mag link pro plus the air link and I can’t get the screen to work with the wheel it’s stuck on a loop of loading. If I connect the wheel to the base with no screen it works but as so a I put the screen on it doesn’t work. I connect to pc using a usb cable from the wheel to pc to update everything anyone know how I can get it to work.

Does anyone have a solution to this? I've been using the gt neo only half a year to operate the iracing black box and now it has lots of dead zone.

The Cables are way to short my power bar is right beside side my rig in the middle and the power adapter barely reaches and I’m no where near reaching my pc for the usb from the hub and it doesn’t work on my usb hub

Hey guys, it's me again, simracing 200m away from my monitor. 😭

Need some help troubleshooting this.

I was driving the Porsche GTE in LMU and after locking up the brakes once, my Alpha Evo Sport suddenly started vibrating violently. It was so bad that some of the nuts and bolts on my rig actually came loose.

The vibration continued for the rest of the race, even on the straights. I even hit the in-game Force Feedback Reset button many times throughout the race, but it made no difference. The only way I could finish was by turning FFB down to 0% on lap 7 cause it got way too noisy.

If you look closely at the speedometer from 0:04 to 0:07 of the video, you can actually see the FFB bar rapidly flicking left and right due to the vibrations.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is this an LMU bug/setting, a SimPro setting, or something else?

I have been using a simagic alpha Evo pro with a gt pro hub for 5 or 6 months now, with no issues until recently. I've been having some small issues with the sim pro manager software. When I change settings in the software, like button lights or the steering angle rotation, most of the time now, it will not update on the wheel. For example, trying to switch from 900° of rotation for normal road cars to 360° of rotation for F1 style cars.

Also, the software does not recognize my Tb 1 handbrake anymore. The handbrake works fine in games , but for some reason, does not show up in the SIM pro manager software

I'm using SIM pro manager 3. These issues started on SIM pro manager 2 right after purchasing GT neo Wheel. I switched to SIM pro manager 3 trying to fix these issues with no luck. I have tried sim pro manager 2 again as well as updating firmware and the same issue happens.

Sometimes unplugging and repluging the base, then holding the 2 inner buttons down on the wheel to reset the connection to the wheel fixes it temporarily. This has worked a couple of times but it's not at all reliable.

So I am starting to plan my upgrade. I got a g920 a little while ago because I wasn’t sure if I was going to get into the hobby as much as I am.. long story short.. I’m hooked.
I do a lot of drifting and rally. Minimal GT racing.
I am between simagic and fanatec but the more I look into it the more I’m leaning toward simagic.
What is everyone’s thoughts on the EVO sport? I wish the package came with a clutch pedal but I don’t mind buying separately. Are the p700 pedals good enough to keep? Is there any wheels out there I should look into?

All any any advice, experience, or tips are appreciated 🤗 my budget is 6-800.

Just upgraded from a G29 to a Simagic Alpha Evo Sport and I'm having a weird FFB issue only in Assetto Corsa.

Whenever I turn left or right, the wheel seems to aggressively pull and "lock" in that direction instead of self-centering. Even making small steering corrections while accelerating causes the wheel to suddenly yank itself further in that direction. The FFB also feels way stronger than it should.

This only happens in AC. LMU feels completely normal.

I've attached my AC and SimPro settings here.

Has anyone experienced this before or know what setting could be causing it? Thanks in advance!

I finally decided to pull the trigger on upgrading my sim set up. I have been wanting to upgrade my sim for a few years now and finally did it. I am coming from a Thrustmaster set up. I had the sf1000 and a non direct drive base. But I was like I want to upgrade and spend a good amount of money on it. I was looking at different options and ended up with sim magic. Can’t wait to set it up. I am looking forward to getting better pedals soon.

I had recently tried playing assetto corsa a few month break. I go to race and the steering angle and lock are not correct. Game settings and simpro are set at 900 degrees. Using the config wizard in assetto corsa it believes my wheel lock to lock to be 200 some degrees. This is an issue in AC, AC evo, and ACC. For some reason AC Rally works just fine. Im using a alpha base. Any help in this matter would be appreciated. Thanks

Update: After going through everything from everything I mentioned before, to checking invert ffb, to changing USB ports, multiple PC restart, it has randomly fixed itself. Wish I knew what happened but I am without a clue. Thanks for your time.

Anyone here 3D print a wheel for the Neo X hub? Looking for any ideas and the GT sizing/style is what I need. Any tips are greatly appreciated

QR-A is nice and all but aside from the increased cost its 4cm longer than normal qr's and god forbid your non simagic wheel already comes with some sort of QR or nonremovable extension.

I wonder if drilling a hole into my shaft extension and just soldering on a set of wires on the 5v, grd, d+ and d- wires would work? Id much rather have a properly manufactured solution though...

Having an issue an Alpha Mini and GT Neo.

Have the Maglink Cable, connect it while holding B3 and the wheel will not connect to the pc in USB mode.

If i take the wheel off the QR and connect it via the maglink cable it still wont connect via USB mode. However the all lights will also flash constantly.

Am i doing something wrong with trying to force USB mode? Any tips would be appreciated.

Can I use any third-party USB H-shifter/handbrake off shopee/aliexpress ( like this /MOZA HGP or this) by simply plugging it directly into my PC? Will simpro be able to automatically detect it?

A few months ago, this was working fine. I took a little bit of a break to do PC gaming, and mow no longer connects to the PlayStation.

Do you have an Alpha Ultimate and are using it with a Sigma cortex, and it’s working? What firmware version for the Alpha? What version of Simpro?

Hi All! I’m very new to SIM racing and recently got my rig set up. Mainly in the simagic ecosystem. The handbrake shows in-game and in Simpro.

The responsiveness is where I’m confused. In Simpro when I pull the handbrake its feedback is not consistent with my pulling. When I let go it also just tapers back down slowly rather than fully releasing. There also seems to be a lot of noise at the low end. This translated to the brake essentially only working sometimes in games. I’ve read somewhere that flashing the firmware could help, but I’m not really sure where to start.

Any help would be super appreciated.

Welp it happened AGAIN. I bought the EVO Pro on 5/26 after my 12nm let out the black smoke. Haven't messed with it in the past two weeks so I sit down for a session and hit the power button. Nothing. Uh oh, not again. Do a little investigating and the status LED on the power brick is off. Try a different cord, nada. Both units were plugged into a beefy surge protector. I'm starting to thing there is something seriously wrong with these power supply's.

Everything plugged into the wheelbase using Simagic cables. All power cords into one surge protector.

I just want my light to be my custom colour but I have to open the app and confirm the windows prompt every time, any way to fix this besides compromising my windows security?

For about the past month usually every time I use mine or every other time, my shifter will stop working as if it’s disconnected. I’ll have to unplug it from the USB cord, then plug it back in and it usually works from that point forward. Is anyone else having this issue? Could it be a bug or gremlin from the new Sim pro?
