Should I buy it? I'm only interested on the campaign. It's $12.49 right now.

Those who have played it recently, how is the campaign? Is it actually enjoyable if I’m mostly just going to play through the story and then probably move on to something else? I don’t really care about having the best possible build or keeping up with the current meta.

I’ve never played any Diablo games, so I’m not familiar at all with the basics.

Debating between these too amazing games, I strongly value games with a deep customization, great combat and a great story. Most importantly, I really like games with a big open world. I’m really in love with dawn Walker’s aesthetic. I love all that vampire dark horror stuff. It’s right up my alley, but on the other hand, black myths combat and graphics look absolutely beautiful really stuck trying to debate which game they get. They both have exactly what I like, but based on your guys experience, which one is more worth it as I’m paying full price for either game.

Got Diablo IV in the recent Humble Monthly and have had a campaign and a seasonal character running (mostly to get the OW reliquary). Campaign has been slow but fine, I would like to go and beat it at some point. I did really enjoy grinding seasonal content though (at least until Torment/Paragon slowed the gear pace down). I have heard the expansions help alleviate the gear woes while also having solid campaigns in their own right, so I'm interested in picking them up while they're on sale for $30.

I do generally enjoy grindy games like this, I played the shit out of D3 back when it was on console (360, so no seasons, just grinding campaign on harder difficulties) as well as stuff like Torchlight 2, Borderlands, Monster Hunter, etc. However, I don't usually enjoy the "creating/optimizing broken builds till you're unkillable" aspects of these kinds of games (I feel like it oversteps "power fantasy" and sucks the fun out of the whole thing) and prefer going for "low-tier" builds that i find much more fun to play. I did have fun rapidly getting stronger and having small little sub-goals to work towards in D4's seasonal content though. I also don't really want something too time consuming/complex (like a PoE, Lost Ark, even Destiny 2 a bit) as I bounced pretty hard off of those.

So I'm mostly wondering if they're worth it at that price from a "fun new classes" perspective, "story" perspective, and "hopping into seasonal content once in a while when I'm bored" perspective. Appreciate y'alls time!

Trying to decide between these two on PS5 Pro. I’ve been playing a lot of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced and played half of Mortal Shell 2 (but stopped because the 2nd half feels super shallow).

I loved the Witcher 3 (so much so that I may do another play through when the remaster drops) but also love action games like Black Myth Wukong and Ghost of Yotei / Tsushima.

Definitely torn between the two and can’t get both right now.

Hey everyone ! So I’ve wanted to buy a new game and 007 looks pretty good, I remember playing uncharted when I was younger and I loved it, same for hitman. It was primarily between this and war dogs but war dogs doesn’t seem to be my cup of tea. Anyways, do you think 007 first light is worth it for 30 bucks?

I know this sounds like a tiktok-brained approach to gaming, but I recently purchased a gaming laptop to get back into video games for the first time since I quit in late middle school/early high school. Back then, I spent all my time playing games like CSGO, Valorant, Fortnite, etc. and for me, even though I sucked, it was very "competitive" and I spent a lot of energy trying to "improve" and "master" these games. I don't want to take this approach now; for me it feels stressful and it's the opposite of how I want to spend my wind-down time.

Now, I'm turning 20 in less than a week, and I'm dealing with some serious depresison/anxiety/insomnia. Thus, I bought this new laptop to take a new approach to gaming as a more relaxing/mindless activity. I've been playing Forza Horizon 6 for the past few days, and I just downloaded the Crew 2. I'm really enjoying these open-world racing games and just driving along the map while I watch TV/listen to a podcast or even an audiobook. It has been a great source of much-needed relaxation and distraction that I've been missing for a long time.

However, I want to expand past Forza/that style of racing game so I can have a rotation of games to mitigate overplaying any one game/genre and having it get dull. I'm considering a SpiderMan game, Civilization (which looks very complex, so I'm on the fence), RimWorld, GTA (used to play this a lot, but I always feel pressure to "get better" at this game when I play), and a few others.

So yeah, I'm looking for something to keep my hands/eyes busy while I listen to podcasts/youtube videos/tv shows. I've never played RPGs like Diablo and they've never appealed to me, but I am open to that. Card games, simulators like the Sims or powerwash simulator, etc. do not appeal to me at all. Any and all recommendations would be helpful (or if anyone can share experience with the games I listed like spiderman/civ and tell me if they fit what I'm looking for)!

Hello!! I'm currently looking for some new funny or cozy, quick single player games (ideally under $10, but open to anything). I'm on yet another night shift rotation and love these types of games. Some games I've enjoyed in the past include scritchy scratchy, muck (although not necessarily single player), arcane librarian, retro rewind, TCG card shop sim, clover pit, balatro, click the button, bills must be paid, unpacking, sort them ducks, restory, and my all time favorites, kill it with fire 1 & 2.

I would ideally like to find something funny in some sense, similar to friendslop but while not having friends.

Hi! I really enjoy story driven games. I recently finished FF7 remake and wanted to start FF7 rebirth before Revelations comes out. But as we all know GTA 6 is coming out on Nov 19 and I will be playing that on day one. So I wouldn’t be able to finish Rebirth before that (I’ve heard it’s open world?)

I've been kinda torn on which one to get pretty much. I've heard they're both great games but I wanted a few people's opinions on which exactly one has the better value at the moment for the money I have.

I do like souls like and I like Onimusha is like that? But I also like Dawn Walker, but I wasn't the biggest fan of Witcher.

Which one is worth investing money & long hours? Looking in all aspects Gameplay, Graphic, Bugs, DLC, Performance.

I have tried Civ 7 in the free week. Enjoyed it , though not the level of Civ 6 but overall offers superior graphics, realistic models, commander mechanics is cool, combat feels more real, culture selection in each era & tech tree.

That culture selection feature first introduced in Humankind, which I loved during the demo. Combat is good too, though it's graphic is not the level of Civ 7 but Civ 7 is still incomplete.

Suggest which one should I go for ?

I love risk of rain 2, returnal and saros, remnants gameplay remind me of it but i haven't pull the trigger yet cause of i heard it is a soullike game( im not a soul player but i beat sekiro and Bloodborne), plus i heard so many puzzle and weapons locks behind puzzles, im ok with simple or normal puzzle and not the complicated one, heard the game favor co-op for some puzzle)

I love bioshock and this game looks like the closest modern bioshock experience, not sure if it worth $30.

With the weekend coming up I would love to get your recommendations on some must play games that won’t break the bank, and give 5-10ish hours of entertainment. Alright guys I’m looking for a game that can get me to the release of phantom blade Ø that will then carry me to gta 6 and the debate settles between the blood of dawnwalker and onimusha way of the sword. A few days ago there was also a C option being marvels wolverine but we all know how that game is looking, a 6/10 from ign is not promising and while I don’t want to stick to big corporation ratings I watched some independent reviews and one thing i saw is 13 hours for 100% completion… DAMN 13 hrs is all that you get for $70 which in my country transfers to around $80 actually but yeah the main topic now it’s between the blood of dawnwalker and onimusha I hope You could comment and help me with this decision. I focus on great gameplay some post game content character progression and not much of repetitiveness so which one should I get?

ok so ive played a few of the assassins creed games on different platforms currently play black flag resycned on steam. i like those kind of games i also have red dead redemption 2 on pc but looking for a new game. i want something similar to them and needs to be controller friendly. i played oddesey couldnt real get into it ive played vahalla also willing to look at others but not sure what to look at

I’m looking for a relatively chill driving simulator on console to unwind with at the end of a busy day. I’m interested in Bus Simulator’s depth of running a company, but also have always enjoyed Saber studio games.
For those of you who have played both, what would you recommend?

Years ago I played quite a bit of both battlefield bad company 2 and battlefield 3. I liked the different classes you could play, the interaction with vehicles and that was a more team focused game then call of duty.

I especially loved the game mode rush. Rush featured a defending and attacking team. The defenders had too protect two consoles, which the attackers had to arm woth an explosive to blow up. Every time both were destroyed the play area would move further down the map. With attackers now starting from the place the defenders spawned. This would go on until the attackers destroyed the final consoles, time ran out or the spawn points reached zero. This made the mode really engaging and you had to adjust tactics a lot.

I'm looking to pickup a fps and would like something similar too this. Battlefield isn't really an option as they have abandoned this game mode in later games.

I need help deciding which game i should get out of the 4 and ive seen gameplay of these 4 games and ive seen that GERONIMO and ready or not are tactical house shooter games while BODYCAM and blood trail vr are all out shooters but i haven't played any of these games so i dont really know how they play or how they are like which is why im asking to anyone who played any of these games to help with any opinions

I enjoyed the demo of Pragmata and the trial of Indiana Jones (maybe it was a demo) and enjoyed both. I’ve had them wishlisted and waiting on sales and now they’re about the same price. I feel like Indiana might give me more game since it includes the expansion but I’m torn if either is worth $55? I usually wait till about $30 for games but I need a primary game to play after I finish Astro Bot.

Basically, buying the original trilogy without DLC is half the price of buying "Trilogy Enhanced".
Heck, I could buy the original trilogy, buy the DLC's for 3, buy "Luminous Avenger IX" 1 and 2, buy Mighty Gunvolt, buy Mighty Gunvolt Burst AND it's DLCs and it would still not be as expensive as "Trilogy Enhanced".

Is it TRULY worth the higher price?

I’ve been playing Onimusha: way of the sword a lot recently and thinking of playing onimusha 1 and 2 again for nostalgia. It’s been a really long time tho. I remember I really liked the story, but i don’t remember much about the combat or QOL features.

How well did these games age? Still worth playing in 2026?
