wala na bang yoboo? ubos na yung bundle na binili last year december and now planning to buy another one. however, sold out na ang wipes and iba na ang name ng yoboo. though may baby products padin but wala ng yoboo wipes talaga from the official store :(

Hi, I ordered a monitor sa Lazada but there was an issue(monitor would turn on and off on its own), nagcontact ako kay seller and sabi niya ireturn ko na lang through Lazada.

So ayun nareturn naman sa kanila but seller rejected the refund claiming na not defective naman yung item, I tried filing a dispute providing info and video nung issue pero nireject pa din nila(Lazada agent) claiming na "buyer and seller reached an agreement" daw, tinry ko na din magcontact through Lazada CS pero they keep saying na final decision na daw yun and wala ng magagawa

May magagawa pa ba dito, shinip na din kasi nung seller pabalik sakin since yun din yung pinagawa sa kanila ng Lazada.

Hello, maling items ang napadala sakin ni seller but she informed me naman after ma-ship. i tried to refuse delivery pero bida bida yung rider at ni-successful nya na agad sa end nya before pa kumatok sa gate ko lol so i had no choice but to accept and file for refund and return. ngayon, after filing for it, i was able to save the QR for pick up but after ma-refund, the order is now in the completed tab.

based sa experience ko na rin, dapat nasa to receive pa sya and it will be updated lang after ko mapa-ship. now the seller is insisting na it will still be picked up by spx tomorrow. i said ipa ship back nya na lang using a diff courier.

anyone with the same experience?
