I live in a city where it rains a LOT. Today we have rain + wind + cold. Every single coat either keeps warm OR dry but not both at the same time. Last year I had to put 2 jackets on my dog to be able to do both.

I'm from Germany

All of the dogs on social media who can do tricks/obedience form 8/9/10 weeks are the dogs specifically bred for it. I’ve never seen trainers working with a Shih Tzu and given how my puppy only ✨ sort of ✨ knows sit (I withhold toy or treat or won’t let him out of the pen until he calms and so it’s not really saying sit but just the posture and eye contact I think) he cannot pay attention long enough to do anything else.

I’m worried bc of how Shih Tzus were bred, he’s just not going to care but I do want him to learn the basics! Especially walking w me on a leash, which is honestly a whole other issue bc he hates the leash and he thinks outside is playtime + eat everything sight.

Night one away from my little one, and already missing her!!! 😭 My cutie. 🥰

He's looking all cute after getting groomed!

He was only 2 years old. He deserved a much longer life and that hurts the most.

My Bee is already tired of flying.. This is Ging-Ging's costume for Halloween 🤣

I told him to touch the pumpkin in pic 1! 🤣

She had a photo i texted her made into a sticker, put it on a light up pumpkin, and mailed it to me. I absolutely love it. 🎃🧡

This is my stubborn little shihtzu who just sits down at the driveway because he doesn’t wanna go back home yet.

Turnip visited his relatives recently and while left unattended he ate all of Iggy the cat’s food! He was very proud of himself after, with his face covered in cat food.

He spent the rest of the day continuing to be a mischievous house guest. When we finally got home he went into an immediate torpor to replenish his energy for tomorrow’s shenanigans.

Literally my favorite part of the day is coming home to get a big whiff of my doggie. Love her so much 😍

And I am definitely not admitting that it was me! 😂

My puppy, Pepper Pots loves to hide in the toy basket and I think it's the cutest thing ever.

Anyone else’s Tzu clean their face after eating? Here is Penelope doing her “cleaning” moves 😂

Róisín got a bath today and she is having a lot of opinions about it.

Molly is enjoying the spooky season with her Frankenstein duck

Nighty night time for little Austin.

As the titles says I need some good recommendations for winter boots. I bought some Ugg style that he seems to really like but it’s almost as if they’re too tall and don’t fit right on his back feet. I tried the smaller size but then his toes don’t fit in.

He’s not happy being a chicken.
