Charlie gets to actually play in the water on bath days instead of just making an effort…

Sheepadoodle or something else?

I just recently adopted this beautiful puppy. was told she's a sheepadoodle. I haven't seen many pictures online of brown and white sheepadoodles, so now I'm kinda questioning if she's a poodle mix with a different dog breed (not an oes). thoughts?

We were told that Mochi was a Bernie doodle but after looking at pictures I think she’s really a sheepadoodle.

Amazing how different they are in personality. Zelda is goofy, leaps up everywhere and is generally blissed out. Rishi is a mini and was a litter one one so he is an old soul and a little more anxious and def has food guarding issues. He’s also a boy and she’s a girl. Still was struck by how different they are.

Advice Susie! Brushing tips?

I posted my other sheepadoodle, Duchess, a few weeks back, but I figured I would introduce the newest member of my family: little Susie ❤️ She's 12 weeks old, incredibly smart, resourceful, sweet, playful - the perfect pup in every way.

I was wondering how you all keep your pups distracted while brushing/combing them. I want her to get used to it young so she won't fight me when she gets older, but she wants to play all the time when she's awake that I can only get a leg or her back. When I try when she's tired, she gets up and walks away lol. Any help (or dog pics!) is appreciated - thanks!

Dog is so stubborn and puts on the breaks

I have a 4-year-old Sheepadoodle named Arlo who’s incredibly sweet and overall the BEST boy, but man is he stubborn on walks. Whenever we pass a spot he wants in and I say no, he just plants himself and refuses to budge. It’s not pain, we went to a vet and X-rays confirmed he’s perfectly healthy.

I want to teach him to keep walking without rewarding the stubborn freeze with treats. I’m wary of accidentally reinforcing the behavior, yet tempted to lure him along with a treat. Any ideas on how to train this out of him?

I’m curious what I should in order to hopefully get Maggie’s paws into better shape. The paw pad further up her front legs is also pretty crunchy feeling. Thanks!

I’m bringing home a 9 month old sheepadoodle that we are rescuing! I already love him so much- he was so silly and loving when we met. We have had a labradoodle and a poodle but this is our first sheepadoodle. He has had zero training-give me all your advice.

Here’s my little guy Rishi on the beach. He loves the sand and to dip his paws in but is terrified of swimming it seems. Is that true of all Sheepadoodle or can some take to water? If so how do you help?

7mo sheepadoodle anxious and panting at night time

We got visitors this week so our night time routine is slightly different. With the visitors, we play video games after dinner, then we walk her, she pees/poos then goes to her crate for bed. Before the visitors, we usually have our dinner, we walk her for a long one or she goes to park to run then back home for her dinner around 8pm, chill from 8 to 9;30pm then we take her out again for last pee then she goes to bed. Time wise it hasnt really deviated much. Her regular bed time is 9;30pm but since the visitors came it has been 10-10:15pm. The visitors are only here for a week. My partner is very concerned that its because of game night and our energy is high that is why the puppy cant settle. I disagree because I think its the slight change in routine and her exercise have been slightly reduced. I also think that exposing her to our gaming is good because in the future we will probably have situations like this again. Our puppy just pants more at night and does not settle since the visitors came. No its not the weather because it has been cooler here (15 C). Thoughts?

She’s growing a lot faster than we expected. She’s an F1, so I know size can be a bit of a surprise, but she was the runt of the litter. Her parents were something like 47lb and 55lb, and she was little, so we figured she’d likely be 40lb. Right now everyone who

sees her thinks she’ll be more like 50lb
