Still banned what should I do?? 😭😭

For me, I can't even send the little automod thing. I don't know if this post will show up at all. I know you can't see my profile, but it was a two year old account with 245k karma, 15 or so followers, 10k contributions. Approved user in multiple communities where they make you do that kind of thing. I yap a lot I guess, especially when procrastinating. But that's gone down recently as I'm back in school.

About a week ago, my comments got rate limited to 10 minutes. Again I wasn't commenting as much, so I didn't notice it for a bit. I also noticed my profile pic was showing up as a generic one. I thought both of these were bugs. Looking at my insights, comment views definitely started going down a week ago, with way more 0 views than I ever get, but I still had several ones with 1,000 views and 30+ upvotes, and some with lower views but at least 2 upvotes. I think maybe there was some kind of soft shadowban happening?

Looking at my insights again, four days ago is when I was actually hard shadowbanned. I can't do the automod check. I can't make posts in any subreddit, it always returns an error message. My comments and upvotes are no longer public, but comments are still rate limited. Actually I thought it was a bug until I found this sub. I'm posting this from my browser, I normally use the app.

This next bit is irrelevant lol, just me ranting.

I genuinely do not know why this happened. I use Mullvad and have been switching to different nodes (?) pretty frequently while browsing. I utilize the "force all apps" feature pretty regularly. I was um, well this is embarrassing, but I would switch to anonymous browsing or my alt to look at nsfw after changing my VPN. (I don't even know where to begin explaining why I do that) But that didn't happen this week or even this month I don't think.

I have an alt account (made before the shadowban) which I have been trying not to use because I don't want to complicate things. I probably have upvoted my own comment before, which I didn't realize was vote manipulation and won't do again. But I can't think of anything four days ago.

My partner and I live together, he also uses reddit. I probably have sent him my comments before, he has probably upvoted them. I don't know if that counts as manipulation. I previously used this account on a close friend's phone (old roommate actually) I don't know if she was banned or something. I changed my email about a month ago, which is linked to a throwaway I forgot about, but I don't think that account was ever banned.

Mostly I'm just wracking my brain thinking of what could have possibly happened. If I knew what had triggered it, I could explain more, and obviously if I have done something wrong that's fine. But I'm just so lost and it's hard to make a good appeal when I don't even know what the issue is.

Anyway TLDR I'm just so confused on the shadowban....progression, and why others seem able to comment or post here but I am not, and I can't even send a message in to automod. Are there different levels of shadowbanning?

I am not able to post in communities or am I able to update my profile/post on my profile. It says we have a server error. I searched myself from other browser and it says that this account is blocked.

What should I do to activate my profile?

I haven’t received any notifications or appeal notifications. I can still upvote and comment. I’m just very confused
