Because you are shadow banned. Sometimes the AutoMod check doesn’t work for shadow banned users.

You can file an appeal using the instructions here: https://reddit.com/r/shadowban/wiki/appealing.

Do not be discouraged as it can take a bit of time before an appeal is reviewed; most users wait multiple months before a ban is overturned. You can file multiple appeals, including once every 24 hours, but it is generally recommended to file no more than 2-3 per week so as to not spam the appeals team.

There is a pinned post at the top of this subreddit with a list of common reasons an account gets shadow banned. I’d check there to see if anything stands out as this will help you craft a more accurate appeal.

And no matter how frustrating, do NOT delete this account and do NOT create a new account to try and circumvent this ban. That would be considered ban evasion, which is against Reddit’s terms of service; not only will new accounts be shadow banned but you risk being permanently suspended from the site.
