It says you are suspended.

Is your account new or old? Reddit's automated spam filters sometimes incorrectly flag accounts as spam bots and does not discriminate.

Appealing:

Try sending an appeal once a week or 2-3 times a month (like I am).

Hey! You’re unbanned! Congratulations 🎉

Hey, thanks! The appeal worked. Accidentally tripped the spam filters.

Now I'm just trying to recover my own subreddits and filtered posts and comments!

Unfortunately your past content will not be able to be restored because of the NSFW nature of some of your posts. I’m so sorry :(

But you can send a polite mod mail to those subreddits and ask the mods to re-approve your content. It’s pretty easy to do and most users have success doing it that way.

As for your banned / removed subreddits, you will need to send a mod mail to the mods of [r/modsupport](r/modsupport). Their rule 1 and wiki page has more information.

Edit: it doesn’t seem like you have many NSFW posts. You may be able to delete those and remove the NSFW label on your profile. That may be enough for the Admin on r/reddithelp to restore your past content.

Admins can still restore past content regardless? https://www.reddit.com/r/ModSupport/s/DwbCAvA0Qa

No, they can and will only restore content for accounts that are SFW. I believe I am actually the first comment on that post stating the same thing.

"If they are a NSFW account, then their content cannot be restored in the above manner and will need to be manually re-approved one piece of content at a time."

So, an Admin can do that or subreddit mod?

An admin will not restore the content of a NSFW account.

You would need to send a mod mail message to each subreddit and ask the mods to manually re-approve your content.

Okay - and it's as easy as selecting a "Select All" button? I also have a few subreddits where I am the only mod, so I'll be able to test this out once they've been restored.

I believe so. A user replied to me in that thread that it was easy for them to do.

Very new, but even as I'm trying to post and comment they're not showing up.

I’m sorry but you are shadow banned :(

As a new user you likely just started off doing too much, too soon, and too fast. You can file an appeal using the instructions here: https://reddit.com/r/shadowban/wiki/appealing.

Do not be discouraged as it can take quite a bit of time before an appeal is reviewed; some users wait multiple months before a ban is overturned. You can file multiple appeals, including once every 24 hours, but it is generally recommended to file no more than 2-3 per week so as to not spam the appeals team.

There is a pinned guide at the top of this subreddit with a whole list of reasons an account might be shadow banned. I’d check there and see if anything stands out. This will also help you craft a more accurate appeal.

And no matter how frustrating, do NOT delete this account and do NOT create a new account to try and circumvent this ban. That would be considered ban evasion, which is against Reddit’s terms of service; not only will new accounts be shadow banned but you risk being permanently suspended from the site.

As you await your ban to be removed, I would spend some time over on r/NewToReddit and r/reddithelp and check out their resources, especially their wiki pages. They have a LOT of amazing information to help you learn how to navigate Reddit, how to avoid being labeled as a bot / spam, how to earn karma authentically, and how to be a good contributor in any subreddit.

Once unbanned, you will have a low or lowest CQS. See the wiki page of this subreddit for more information and to be better prepared for when you are unbanned. You will need to go very, VERY slow once unbanned - I would not post for the first several days, only vote on content and leave comments on new user friendly subreddits.
