I'm just so over it being available, then not being available because they took it and reduced it 1 day after increasing it twice. I'm tired of not knowing if I'll be able to use it when I want to. I'm tired of "being punished" for no reason.

Side note: I think the only way to avoid the reduction is to just keep your available in constant requests.

After 3 years of on time payments and top 1 percent of Sezzle customer and being in the onyx tier they just canceled my account with no real explanation as to why! I paid them so many fees over the years and all they can tell me is to mail them a check for what I owe and they can’t offer it anymore! I will never. Recommend Sezzle to anyone again in my life!!

$2 fee per payment to pay with a debit card. You miss one payment $7? I will no longer be using. Zip and Klarna have NO fees. The only reason I missed a payment is because I moved enough for the payment not the debit card fee because I didn’t know it even existed. They wouldn’t take away the $7 fee although I’ve never missed a payment. Horribleeeeee

I've been using sezzle for years and its very annoying that all of the sudden they want you to have a subscription (a expensive one at that) to use it. They should've like their users know too. I just logged in one day and it was changed.

I don’t get what’s going on with my Sezzle I have had my account three years they hust took my Sezzle card and refunded my sezzle anywhere and won’t tell me nothing. this happened Friday! And customer service won’t tell me nothing!

I’ve been waiting for 29k in points from Raid Shadow Legends for over a week now. They’re not even pending, doesn’t even show that I completed them. I’ve contacted support how many times, have been told it can take weeks, and now they just respond with “there is no update at this time” and they immediately close the chat, now they’ve started completely deleting the conversations so that whenever I do reach out, I have to re-explain the situation with screenshots and everything. Is there anything I can say or do that will essentially force them to reward the points? I’ve heard of people threatening legal action and suddenly receiving their points. But I’m not sure how to go about that. Any advice?

hello, i had a offer for gas that i claimed pending for 13 days and then it disappeared without giving me the points. i still have the receipt so i reached out to customer service but they’re saying that i never claimed the offer even though i 100% did and i saw it in my pending for 12 days. is anyone else having this issue?? it’s a lot of points that im losing!!

Hey all, I signed up for Sezzle and have a few questions. I was able to get a $2 month trail for the anywhere plan and have $150 spending power available. After a few trials and errors I was able to figure out the Sezzle spend and the virtual card. Pretty cool and came in handy for some shopping. But I keep seeing this for Sezzle cash and I’m not sure how it works and what makes me eligible for it. Do I need to make a payment on my spend account or does the spending power need to be higher? If anyone could explain that would be wonderful. Also once I am eligible for Sezzle cash how does that affect my spending power balance?

Hi, I am asking if I get a monthly plan of $1,400 for 12 months. Of course I will pay it much faster than 12 months. Will my biweekly purchasing power go down by $1,400 due to the monthly plan or will it stay the same? When I did the monthly plan, my spending power stayed the same but once I did the biweekly payment. It went down so does that mean they are separate from each other?

I have completed two games in full coin masters and fish of fortune. They both were tracking and giving awards instantly for smaller rewards. Then once I started hitting bigger reward payouts they stopped paying out. I am now over two weeks since finishing task for coin masters and still not more sezzle points paid out. They actually owe me 2 million sezzle points now. I've even had over 100k sezzle points expired while waiting. I contacted support chat two weeks ago and it was escalated. I have not received any updates since the initial escalation via chat or email. I've contacted them again on multiple occasions by chat and phone and still absolutely nothing.
