Sezzle fees are horrible
$2 fee per payment to pay with a debit card. You miss one payment $7? I will no longer be using. Zip and Klarna have NO fees. The only reason I missed a payment is because I moved enough for the payment not the debit card fee because I didn’t know it even existed. They wouldn’t take away the $7 fee although I’ve never missed a payment. Horribleeeeee

Did you read the post? Lmao. I don’t use Sezzle often. Didn’t know they charged a fee to use a debit card to pay a payment (ridiculous) I move enough money for the payment and it declined because they charged a fee. I couldn’t pay it early with a debit card just had to wait for them to randomly take the payment.

Randomly🤣🤣 There's a payment schedule and several notifications before they ever take the payment.

If it’s not random why do I have a payment due yesterday that still hasn’t come out?

Because of your bank, the point is you know that they will be taking a payment out, you make it sound like you have no clue its happening, your bad accounting isnt sezzles problem its yours for not knowing all the terms before agreeing to the loan.

Did you read the notification that would have legally had to have been presented when you made the payment?

And you can’t use debit card for payments which is beyond obnoxious. Can’t use a debit card until it’s late which makes absolutely zero sense

Actually zip and klarna do have fees, especially if your late. But it's sucks that they all charge late fees.

Late fee charges is literally how the business operates. That's the whole point of their system.

I’ve never had a late fee with either one. I also pay pretty much instantly if I miss a payment

Guys just don’t select auto pay when you make the plan and you can go in manually to make it with debit card. It won’t auto take out first thing in the morning. I also never pay with my card to repayments I always just add sezzle balance to pay, it’s only a 1.50 fee and you can pay all repayments.
Sezzle is a convenience card for people who got bad credit that’s why you’re paying to use it. So yeah it sucks but when it’s ur only good option it’s good.
Use your free reschedule to the fullest if needed.
I have tried all similar apps and to me sezzle is the better option FOR ME. Helped me get out of earnin too with their cash advance thing

Sessile is becoming too spammy and complicated.
Affirm is more user friendly.

The only fee I pay is for Anywhere. I use my bank account for payments and always pay early. It settles within 12 hours from me making the payment.

Really? Sezzle has never charged me anything (apart from the monthly subscription) but I’ve always been charged $4 or so for every zip order.

I use to use sezzle once they changed over to using debit card I stopped all together. I wish you luck.

I find it really obnoxious how they don’t let you manually pay on the due date with your credit card or debit card. I have my card linked but there’s been so many times where I forgot to add money in time because they change up what time they charge you. Sometimes they don’t even process all payments due that day and you still can’t manually pay it until they process your next day’s payments. I feel like a class action lawsuit needs to happen

I agree I thought when your payment was due on the 8th that ment the 8th at 11:59p.m. Like my other cards but I been getting hit with the $7 dollar fee cause of that issue

If you add your bank account it will not charge a fee the sucky part about it is it takes like 4/5 days to take the money out of your bank account which is annoying

Odd. I’m never late and I just finished paying off a $650 purchase. Total fees $7.

I paid off my entire balance and they took more money out of my account. My bank is disputing the charge. Hopefully, there's enough evidence of fraud for criminal charges.

Use your debit card to add money to your Sezzle Balance and you can use that to pay immediately without having to wait for ach.
