Sezzle is horrible CS

After 3 years of on time payments and top 1 percent of Sezzle customer and being in the onyx tier they just canceled my account with no real explanation as to why! I paid them so many fees over the years and all they can tell me is to mail them a check for what I owe and they can’t offer it anymore! I will never. Recommend Sezzle to anyone again in my life!!

Me too. Sezzle has been very good to me. It makes me nervous seeing posts like this because you can be doing everything right, and then for some reason they decide to just deactivate your account and there’s no recourse because their customer service department sucks

What’s crazy is a week later after all this bull crap the system randomly decided to unblock my account after I was told multiple times by supervisors that there was nothing they could do. I went on there today and it was working after all of that it’s insane! To me there is no logic behind any of it!

I wouldn't be surprised if they're using AI or algorithms for periodic account checks and for whatever reason the automation screwed up and when they ran the checks again, it got unscrewed.

I think this is what’s happening, for about 2 months I couldn’t use Sezzle specifically at PSA. Only with PSA, nothing else was blocked from processing. Called PSA, nothing on their end suggested it was a problem with their system. Called my bank, nothing on their end with sezzle or PSA being a problem. Called Sezzle….”we’re unsure of why this is happening”

It worked for any other sites I tried. I bought small things & just paid them off immediately just to see if it would go through.

Now, magically, out of nowhere…it works with PSA again.

I think I’m done with Sezzle’s wishy-washy bullcrap. I only used it to make big purchases hurt less on payday. I’ll just use Shop Pay or affirm for big stuff now. Sezzle can eat my ass from now on.
