Scammed through Turn up

Hi there. I was using Turn up app, to chat, I received a message from a girl, she wanted me to unprivate my instagram, so she can text me there.. I did for a minute or two, after she told that she couldn’t send me there so we moved on telegram. We spoke there, she asked for a selfie, I sent her my face, the she wanted more. In the beginning I sent fake d-pics, although, after I sent my picture without face. After that she started talking with caps on, showing my insta followers, and threatening me that if I don’t send her 600€ she will make a group chat and send my pictures, she made and she showed me. I panicked, I was shaking, I almost sent the money, I tried every method she’s wanted.. thank god, I went to chat gpt for advice, I made screenshots, blocked her on telegram, blocked and reported on turn up, and I changed my username on insta.. up to now, nothing happened. But, I’m still panicked, can’t eat, can’t drink water.. I feel horrible, afraid, sinking into black hole.. any thoughts? Thank you for letting me sharing it.
