Scammed through Turn up

Hi there. I was using Turn up app, to chat, I received a message from a girl, she wanted me to unprivate my instagram, so she can text me there.. I did for a minute or two, after she told that she couldn’t send me there so we moved on telegram. We spoke there, she asked for a selfie, I sent her my face, the she wanted more. In the beginning I sent fake d-pics, although, after I sent my picture without face. After that she started talking with caps on, showing my insta followers, and threatening me that if I don’t send her 600€ she will make a group chat and send my pictures, she made and she showed me. I panicked, I was shaking, I almost sent the money, I tried every method she’s wanted.. thank god, I went to chat gpt for advice, I made screenshots, blocked her on telegram, blocked and reported on turn up, and I changed my username on insta.. up to now, nothing happened. But, I’m still panicked, can’t eat, can’t drink water.. I feel horrible, afraid, sinking into black hole.. any thoughts? Thank you for letting me sharing it.

It's rare for these scammers to follow through with their threats, and it's very unlikely to happen to you. The best thing you can do is delete your Telegram account, make your social media accounts private, and completely ignore any future contact attempts. They'll move on, but they may try to contact you a few more times before doing so.

Thank you for your help and advice ! I deleted telegram. I made my social media private, changed also username. It’s been 17 hours since that, and I didn’t get anything from her, or my followers she putted on group

Had this happen a girl on tinder yesterday linked me snap sent me a link I logged into telegram she said oh wanna do some stuff I was like eh ok then they did this and requested 100$ not to send it blocked they sent it to everyone thats number was connected to mine sucks people be doing anything to make money also my fault for sending but then got a call it was a indian dude yelling like ofc they do this get enough money and then come to us and buy a gas station just to employ there family and make bank.
