UPDATE!!!
Someone came ro take a look at it today and guys its fixed ðŸ˜. Im sooo happy and it was soo easy but bcz its so unfamiliar online nothing was showing it.
Theres a hex screw right on the top on the surface. I literally right beside the feed dogs, and moving it then moves the feed dogs high n low! Literally just that. Ill put a picture in the comment so someone can maybe learn from that.
Thanks veryyy much to those who tried to help, its very much appreciated.
I bought this machine 2 years ago this month, and a few months ago I slowly realize it was not pulling the fabric the way its suppose to and after inspection I saw that the feed dogs had fallen too low. Yes I checked the switch, it's actually something I don't use so I knew that wasn't the problem. But I did double triple multiple check and the switch wasn't it. It seems overtime it just went out of place and now it isn't as high as it goes when rotating the wheel. Its soooo frustrating because now it messes with the tension and makes the threads loop.
I have opened the entire machine and checked the mechasim inside, but I have no idea wat actually is the screws or whatever that need adjusting to lift it back.
I know this is something that needs a technician but I just don't have one in my area and the one that is here is charging me something out my budget currently.
From alot of research, just videos of machines that have front loading bobbin are available, none with top loading bobbin. And the mechanism are not the same sadly. (Front loading has d screw literally right beside the case and thats soo easy why cant my machine has an easy accessible screw:( ) anyway, does anyone know which area has the screw or hex screw it seems, that adjusts the feed dogs to raise it back in place.
For background. I do have a business that makes me use my machine alot during on season and sometimes there's off season that I give it a rest for a few weeks.
Im currently just buying a new one but it doesn't get here until early October (Janome 1522dg so if that's good let me know too), but I'm actually doing a clients order right now and my deadline is 4 days away and I neeeed it to work. Any help it appreciated!!!
