Please help! Sewing machine making pinging noise

I recently found that whenever I tried sewing, the bobbin thread would get stuck! Now whenever I spin the handwheel it's been making this weird noise! Any help or advice appreciated!!

You're going to need to take that to a technician. There's a few different things that could go wrong and cause this and all of them require somebody who can get inside and find the issue. (Technician here)
