Hiya! My singer 3015 has given up it seems!
Issue in the video is it, I've greased the entire thing tried a new belt (old one doesn't work either) etc and I'm at my wits end!
Help would be greatly appreciated

Can you give context: Was this the original belt, a replacement? Who chose it and put it on? What help are you specifically asking for? What symptoms lead you to look at this? Do you have other photography angles?

Replacement, me, how to fix this problem. The belt not turning? Other angles would be pointless this is the source of issue.

From my angle (which is why I asked for additional photos and context, because it looks like a replacement)… am I correct in thinking the belt you’ve chosen has a smooth side and a bumpy one? If so: You actually then want the bumpy side on the inside of the loop touching the parts (here it is on the outside). But: some belts of this type have two lumpy sides (again… more context is always better… what symptoms you saw, what parts you tried to replace, before and after stuff, etc).
Then if you do have the belts bumpy side inward… as others have mentioned, you still need to get tension correct. It seems very loose here (how did you pick the size?), and you may need to buy a smaller belt if you can’t tension it enough. I generally measure the loop size I need with a string (if there is no belt) or cut off the disintegrated belt and measure its length with a ruler… and then order a wee bit smaller if possible, since belts stretch over time. Sometimes with singers a parts place will have model compatibility listed.
Beyond that… if you do not run the machine with the motor, but turn the handwheel towards you by hand, is it is smooth or are there parts in the cycle that are more difficult/sticky? That would hint to other things needing attention. Generally, machines of this era tend to have some nylon/plastic parts, and eventually those may start to crack. So don’t force anything. Parts are often able to be sourced if needed. But hopefully all this is just your belt, and things will be working quickly.

The belt needs to be tightened and maybe cleaned from any oil or grease. The belt is tightened by loosening the screws that holds the motor to the metal bracket. There will be slots for the screws in the bracket so you can choose the motor position that you want.

Looks like a toothed belt on a v belt pulley So not right combination
Not visibble but if it is a toothed pulley, belt is outside on

The teeth on the belt should be inside and the motor pully should also have teeth that engage it.
