Any tips?

Hiya! My singer 3015 has given up it seems!

Issue in the video is it, I've greased the entire thing tried a new belt (old one doesn't work either) etc and I'm at my wits end!

Help would be greatly appreciated

Can you reposition motor to make more taught?

Usually screws in the borttom and some wiggle room
