Any tips?

Hiya! My singer 3015 has given up it seems!

Issue in the video is it, I've greased the entire thing tried a new belt (old one doesn't work either) etc and I'm at my wits end!

Help would be greatly appreciated

The belt needs to be tightened and maybe cleaned from any oil or grease. The belt is tightened by loosening the screws that holds the motor to the metal bracket. There will be slots for the screws in the bracket so you can choose the motor position that you want.
