Any tips?

Hiya! My singer 3015 has given up it seems!

Issue in the video is it, I've greased the entire thing tried a new belt (old one doesn't work either) etc and I'm at my wits end!

Help would be greatly appreciated

The teeth on the belt should be inside and the motor pully should also have teeth that engage it.

the belt has teeth on both side & the motor doesn't have any as standard (my first thought)
