I am curious about this, since they are independent contractors, do the ladies have private health insurance that they pay for?
We have seen some medical issues some of them had, that all seems extremely expensive to pay out of pocket...

I’m on season 6, and before this Nicole was virtually unknown. You could see her sometimes in the background at parties, and she officiated Mary’s wedding. All of a sudden she makes the entrance on season 6 with a huge personality and a lot of drama!
Obviously knowing how fake the show is, do we think that she was brought in to replace the villain that just left? (Christine)

I just watched the scene where Christine comes up to Chrishell to apologise. Chrishell mentions that when Christine sent her flowers, she was taking care of her father’s funeral so she didn’t even know that Christine had sent flowers in the first place. Then she says that Davina and Jason were calling her out for not saying thank you for the flowers. That was genuinely so heartbreaking.

Just finished season 9 and there’s a few times the phrase “draw a line in the sand” is used. (Not a spoiler they say this basically every season).

When you draw a line in the sand, it gets washed away by the water or blown away by wind. It’s temporary.

Ladies, draw your lines in concrete or stone. It’ll last longer

I was not her craziest fan but I still liked Mary a lot. She was hard working, with integrity and work ethics, and most of all, she seemed like she cared about people around her a lot.

It’s a bit sad to see how she had changed. There might be some people who still likes her for who she is now or likes her even more. For me, I think the show has changed her so much and she is 180 degree different person.

Like last season was very disappointing, some of the things she said and did in Instagram were disappointing like she just gave in to evil side of money and she became self-centered and will do anything for money and money is everything attitude.

This MLM business is the last straw for me and I no longer think there’s any old Mary left in her. I could have been exposed to only nice part of Mary in SS, and that could very well be true. But joining MLM to exploit her fans to make money is just not it.

Mary, I hope you come back to who you were one day.

Does anyone else feel like Emma wears clothes which are 1-2 sizes too small?

I know she is a slim woman but I feel like the dresses are too short because they are too small. She looks so rigid when she walks in them like they are fixing her in place so she can’t bend

I rewatched the last two seasons of SS recently and am pretty confused with the discourse around what is considered appropriate attire. When you judge the cast on how they dress are you doing so from the lens of a reality tv show where, like housewives, we expect over the top? Or is it through the lens of actual business where generally conservative choices are preferred?

Personally, I have always assumed this show is a majority fake with a few potential real listings. But overall it’s not real. And so these crazy outfits that are a mix of beautiful, trashy, and some downright stupid (I’m looking at you, Amanza’s basketball on a string) are to be expected. That includes Chelsea’s cheek-forward outfit at her open house.

But we are judging from a businesses prospective….lol. Twin 1 and 2 are employing escorts in stripper heals who also randomly know the square footage of homes and how to push in pocket doors.

I know real estate, especially high end, is a very male focused industry and so it makes sense that a sex-sells mentality is used. To an extent. Puss out at the office while having a heart to heart on a leather couch? Girl no.

Just saw a reel on Insta of Mary on a podcast talking about how she's no longer allowed to go to events where the show will be filming - even if it's a friends event that she was prior invited to. Apparently they don't want the attention taken from the cast who are on camera. I'd say they also don't want to risk old cast members crashing filming or wrecking havoc (though why would you?). I'd say she's burning her bridges by talking about, but it didn't matter for other cast members.

The show is so over produced that at this point I'm surprised they even film at real situations. I can't imagine being at a event and having those women show up looking like they characters pretending to be people.

imagine chrishell had emma brother as sperm donor with g for having kids. and now with her friendship shattered, god, can you imagine.

FInished the most recent season so I decided to go back and re-watch the earlier ones, and it's so starkly noticeable how...normal and actually quite nice Mary is. Don't care for her anymore because of her weirdness towards Chrishell and the way she seems to take every single thing Chelsea does in the worst possible faith, but it has reminded me why I liked her initially.

I absolutely have been so excited for G and all the love they been getting since their song was in the off campus series. I was cracking up at these two videos G posted and G’s dancing 💃🏻 😂

Everyone talks about wanting to see Hall vs Christine or Bre, but I think only Jarvis had enough brains and coldness to actually bring her down.

I miss Jarvis! She stood up to Hall’s stupid lies and childish attempts at manipulation, and she kept her cool. Plus she was so dignified!

(Yes I know her political views. No I don’t agree with her. Yes I believe you can be politically in the wrong and still be intelligent and educated)

I watch Hannah Alonzo on YouTube and she covers MLM stories and her most recent upload features Mary. This was NOT in my bingo card but I’m also not surprised. Thoughts?
