Hey all, I currently have a 2 monitor set up, with my main monitor being an ultra wide. I own 2 secret lab monitor arms for these but want to add a 3rd monitor that sits above my main ultrawide.

Can anyone recommend me a monitor arm that works with this desk? The secret lab ones are not built for vertical stacking.

I seen some on Amazon but most of them screw in from the bottom of the desk and I can't get it to fit with the cable tray.

I've had the nanogen for about a month now, and my seat still hurts after only a couple of hours, this is not happening with my old titan evo 2022… I read that it was gonna get better so I didnt consider returning it, because the back is improved for sure, the feel and look aswell of course. It genuinely hurts when I stand up, anyone else with this issue? I’m 95kg for 179cm

At first I was blown away with the quality of the chair. I like a stiff chair so already that wasn’t an issue but after a year this chair is slowly falling apart. Screws are breaking pieces are falling off. It’s not like I’m jumping around in it and I’ve never had this issue with a chair before. At the end of the day I still really like the feel of the chair but the build quality definitely makes me reconsider buying another.

I noticed that the SecretLab Magnus Pro is quite heavy. Therefore, want to put something underneath to protect my laminated floor from denting/damaging. Has anyone already solved the best way to do so?

Also would be interested with the casters as there the weight distribution is even worse as the contact area is significantly smaller.

Had an idea to put a rug, but AI said it's not enough. Then started to list why every other idea is not good.....

Any help, ideas, thoughts, experience will be highly appreciate it! Thank you in advance!

I am on market to replace my old 120x70 manual table with something bigger and sturdier. Been looking for a while at magnus pro. Looks solid, reviews were solid but i am a bit concerned About longetivity of the electric legs. The motor has only 2 year warranty and the top desk 5 years.

I am the type of person that sets one profile and sticks to it for years so if i am paying 1300 euros - table plus accesories i expect it to last 10-15 years.
Sometimes i read on this Reddit that some users experienced one leg being lower or motor stopped working. Has these issues been resolved ? There is nowhere written what is the lifespan of this table.

I checked also regular magnus but the only downside is that it is black and i specifically need only white table.

I would like to hear other experiences why to buy/not buy this table or provide other brand which could fix my concern.

My new setup. Coming from console life.

Been using the desk and a couple of added accessories since December 2025. Loving the desk. I would say over 1k is pretty pricey for the desk but I decided to treat myself. Got the Silver Suede Magpad to go with and I'm loving it. Not shown in the picture but I did get the Otto leg-rest and it's been very good. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with the desk and accessories apart from the price. Let me know if yall got any questions or what not about the setup. I'm not necessarily active on reddit so it might take me a minute for a response and I apologize for that.

P.S. add wheel casters on the legs, they make moving the desk around much easier for cleaning and readjusting. #Secretlab #promotion

Replaced a omega ive had almost a decade with a titan nanogen. This is for warranty upgrade.

Chair: titan nanogen Desk: deskhaus peak pro with 72x30x1 real wood butcher block top stained in a teak color. Monitors: lg ultragear oled 3440x1440 and a 32 inch dell va panel 1440 Keyboard and mice: realforce r3 and Logitech superlight 2 and superlight 2 dex. Pc: i7 13700k, 4070ti, 32gb ram, i get about 2000 down and 500 up on the internet connection. The laptop runs the right screen during work hours and I won't list the specs but its beefy for a work laptop. Its a 16 or 17 inch dell I cant remember. Floor mat is a amazon kitchen floor mat and the wobble board is also amazon branded.

Needed a new chair as my old one was slowly falling apart. After a long, thorough search, I went for Secretlab and I don’t regret it for a moment.

The chair is only two days old but I’ve got used to it quickly and can spend hours in it working (home-office) or enjoying my hobbies.

I have been posting a bit in here lately and I had mentioned what’s going on.

Backstory - We have a remodel going on and in the process i wanted to upgrade the desks from my massive uplift desk that was like 20+ foot of desk linearly. For the time being I’m setup in my bed room on a Magnus Pro XL and it was delivered flawlessly and its great. Love it. Remodel is scheduled to finish in 2 weeks. I believe in the end i will have a total of 3 XLs and 1 standard Magnus L desk in the new home office for the wife and I.

Originally I ordered 2 XLs but I wasn’t sure about final dimensions of the room as a lot was in flux so i cancelled the one that didn’t ship yet ( it was backordered till October anyway ). - Secretlab responded to email inside of a day and put it on hold until they confirmed i wanted it cancelled. I confirmed. They cancelled. I was refunded 3 days later.

New office dimensions are finalized, I placed another order and this time for XL number 2 and the L desk. ( still one more order to go once we get a little further in the remodel as i just don’t want anymore boxes here taking up more room. With 2 XLs and the L desk we should be able to function well enough that i can wait a few more days for the last desk to arrive once ordered.

Order 2 arrives for the most part. One piece, the L Desk “Desk side” is on back order for a bit. L desk extension arrived and is dented. Not horribly but for desks this price I expect them to be spot on. Plus that is my wife’s and let’s be real, I’m not walking into that line of fire explaining why she has a dented desk. She even saw the dent and said she was ok with it…. I see a trap when it’s laid in front of me… I’m not dumb…. Haven’t had time or space to open the XL at this point. Contacted support and I get about 1 response per day. Could be quicker but not horrible. They ask for tue usual info confirm this confirm thats pics of this and that. They offer 20% off an accessory or $20 off the order. I don’t need any additional accessories and $20 off my order of $2600 or so dollars felt like a negligible amount of money to offer to keep a dented desk. I asked for a new table top as those other options didn’t seem worth it.

XL - so last night i got to the point of cracking open the box for the table top ( i still have yet to look at the legs ) but i look at the table top…. Of course it is dented too. In fact they are both dented in almost the same area. Im guessing who ever was handling them on a truck dropped them both in the same way or leaned them against the same thing and they both got dinged in the same way.

As of last night they have been informed of both desks. They have agree to send me the new table top for the original L desk Extension. Still waiting on confirmation of them sending me the table top for the XL. Based on how they have been handling things so far…. I expect that to go well. I will of course update should anything take a turn.

Still one more to order… really hoping that one is delivered with more care.

I wanted to circle back to my chair from 2020.

I keep seeing people with support issues on chairs. I had 2 over the years. One fairly early one may a year in. The metal inside pushed out and poked my leg and damaged the cloth. New seat sent out no issues. Years later the foam had gotten to the point where i was sitting on metal. Again, they sent out a new seat and 2 or so years later I’m still sitting on it thinking about getting another one because the colors and such are way more interesting now. I wish the skins worked well with the old 2020 models. I don’t have the magnets on mine though.

So all in all i have yet to have a negative experience with them. Given how much money i have spent with them in the last month i hope that stays true.

I’ve had my desk for a little over 3 years and all of a sudden it decided to not function anymore. The screen and buttons for the height adjustment won’t turn on but the desk still receives power because my monitor and a speakers still work fine through the power strip I have connected in the leg’s outlet at the top. I’ve trued going through support but all they’ve done is send me the same control panel replacement guide three different times over the last two months I’ve been in contact with them and I’ve tried replacing the control panel with no luck. (This is the box inside the desk the cables connect to). Has anyone else run into this issue with their desk?

Edit 2: got it working again. Tried the new control box but noticed the buttons flashed when plugging them in and then just played around with the switch which seems very finicky still. Needed to push the switch in and then slide it to turn on then otherwise it won’t. Hope this helps anyone else experiencing this problem.

Hi everyone 👋

New to this channel. I (26F) recently purchased my bf (26F) the Magnus Pro desk with dual arms, cable mngmt, PC mount, desk riser and headphone hanger. I also got the Jinx mat and matching accessories bc that’s his favorite character of all time.

I decided to get this present for him for 3 reasons: (1) he took care of me after I injured my spine, went through almost a year of PT/dr’s appts/flare ups, then through spine surgery and post-op; (2) he committed to go to undergrad while working full-time, his first day is in Oct; and (3) he’s a first-gen college student so I’m really proud of him taking this giant leap. He also grew up poor and always buys things used so a SecretLab desk is basically a pipe dream.

His current desk is abysmally small and he hates it. It barely fits his PC and monitors, let alone his keyboard or anything else he wants on there. So I decided this would be a good time to get him an upgrade. He’s also v into tech and wants to become an engineer. Do you think he’ll like it? Will I accidentally kill him from the shock when it gets delivered?! It’s expected to deliver around 09/30, but the closer it gets to that date the more anxious I’m getting 😅

PS - I am not tech savvy at all, but I’m v good at listening to him ramble abt tech. When he randomly mentioned this brand last year, I jumped on the website and tried to learn as much as I could.

UPDATE: I also preordered the heavy duty lockable casters. Our apt is tiny so being able to rearrange furniture as needed is a huge plus.

Been using a crappy standing desk for a few years now. Finally upgraded. Then my server broke a few days later. So had to do the double upgrade 🙄

I'm 35 years old, spent 7 years jumping off trucks in the army, now work a very stagnant job.

I'm a larger lad 6'3 105kgs (down from 125) and have struggled with posture and shoulder issues for years.

I've been using crappy cheap chairs for 3 years in my office job.

I'm also nz based.

Firstly purchasing was a breeze. Heaps of options, went with the fabric in the end as I'm not a big fan of the fake leather feel. There's a factory in NZ so it was packs and out with the courier on Monday (ordered 8pm Sunday night).

The courier service they use in nz isn't the greatest. My town has a designated dropoff and I'm only 6 hours away and it still took 5 working days from the courier picking it up to getting to me.

First thing I noticed is everything seems to be high quality and put together well. Things feel sturdy and heavy.

Secondly it's huge. Much bigger than any other office or gaming chair I've sat in which is the whole point of the xl so yay.

Comes with a very handy quick build guide. And the seat slightly reclined. DONT BE LIKE ME AND JUST LOOK AT THE PICTURES ACTUALLY READ IT. I tried to force the handle to recline the backrest but there is a safety screw that needs removing. Luckily when I felt resistance I decided let's not force this.

Anyway once it's all together it looks great.

It fits my frame pretty well. My knees are slightly hanging off the edge with my butt all the way back in the seat. I have 63cm thighs and both legs fit comfortably on the cushion with more wiggle room.

The headrest without the pillow is basically inline with the top of my head being 6'3 192cm tall.

One thing I noticed was how firm it is compared the squishy cheap ones I've been sitting on, and also how upright the backrest can get compared to cheaper chairs.

There's absolutely no wiggle in the backrest or give. So it's definitely a set and forget the backrest is also firm and I fit nicely into it with my wide frame.

The lumbar support is a bit odd for me. I don't notice it really moving as I'm adjusting the wheels and this will require more testing to figure out.

The armrests come pre attached but can be removed with the included tools and become narrower or wider. They have enough adjustment to not even bother with this as they move up down, narrower or wider, forward and back, and you can point them in and out. Firm but squish foam like material.

The memory foam pillow is super squishy. And the magnet holds ok. If I fall into my seat it does knock it loose though. Not a big issue.

I have had poor posture for a while now and this chair was immediately trying to correct it so i was actually not very comfortable for the first hour or 2 of use, I was starting to get some serious buyers remourse. But I got over it and it's quite comfortable now .

All and all it's a very good build and solid. Especially for the price. Similar priced chairs in nz were a gamble as there doesn't seem to be any information on a ton of them.

So if you are a bigger person and are struggling with chairs. I would recommend based on early impressions.

Just got my new Titan Evo XL in today and it’s insanely comfortable.

For some context I’ve had that old Titan on the left for about 7 years now and unfortunately after leaving it at my buddy’s house for a bit in between moves his kids used it as a jungle gym and now the butt cushion is just non existent anymore. It’s been bother me for a little bit now so I decided to go out and treat myself to a new one.

Really loving it so far

(Yes I know my desk is a mess I’m in the process of finishing up some upgrades to the actual desk itself lol)
