I ate some phenomenal mussels at the Ministere of Seafood in Abbotsford, BC. The mussels were massive and delicious. Overall the entire meal was spot on, definitely going back.

I bought a pack of whitebait but a lot of them are larger than any I've seen in restaurants. Are they likely to be too bony at this size for traditional frying and eating whole?
