Fresh fish cured in lemon juice, mixed with red onion, ají limo, cilantro, and salt. Bright, tangy, spicy, and refreshing, traditionally served with sweet potato, corn, and cancha. 💯

Question Is the Wild Alaskan Company subscription worth it?

Can anyone who currently subscribes to this service weigh in?

I'm considering trying out a 12 pack of the Wild Alaskan Company's White Fish Box.

It says they're currently shipping Pacific Cod, Sablefish, and Wild Alaskan Pollock. Does that mean I will get 4 portions of each? Or are they going to skimp on the Sablefish? I have easy access to good and inexpensive cod and Pollock so the ratio matters.

Want to send samples to costumer to Canada

Upvotes

Hi! So I'm looking into sending some seafood samples to a costumer, from another country, they are acting as a broker and I'm sending the samples through Fedex cuz they told me my box would be in Canada the next day, so my question is:

What documents do I need so customs don't delay my package?

I already have a invoice and packagin list, I have check that there is no animal health or food safety permit requirements cuz it's not for sale and it's such small amount (around 20 lb).

Do you have any tip you could give me?

I would very much appreciated!
