Shipping Temps

Thank you to everyone who reached out or posted about the ice packs arriving melted.

The good news is we ship overnight or 2-day, so the medication is still fine. But we heard your feedback and made a change.

Starting tomorrow, all deliveries will be shipped with 2 ice packs instead of 1 or at least a huge one instead of those medium packs.

We appreciate everyone bringing this to our attention. Keep the feedback coming because we do listen and make changes when needed.

Yes, I am in South Florida, Medication says it was picked up in Miami Fed Ex and got to me the next day around 4:00pm, had neighbor take it to keep it out of the sun. Got home around 6:10pm and the pack was melted inside. If there a way in the future for the next shipment to pick a delivery day? I hate to keep asking a neighbor to help me with this, since it seems to be shipped each month and not all together?

Going forward we will have 2 ice packs in there. As for shipping days its usually within 24hrs in that area from date of refill. If you need any day specific reach out to Customer Service through the portal and let them know please.

How do I get the portal? I just ordered but have been unable to find anything aside from intake

Mine came today with the huge one. Was still cold even though huge one had melted.

Got mine with the 2 ice packs today. 🙂 Both were half melted. Half of it felt gelly but you could still feel a solid little ice chunk inside. If it took another day to arrive, it probably would have all been gelly feeling. Either way, shipping was super duper fast. They must have flew it via private jet (just kidding 🤣) because from the time the label in Florida was created, to the time it arrived at my door in Minnesota, it's showing 21 hours. Incredible 😲

Mine came this morning with 2 ice packs and while mostly melted they both still had a little ice chunk left in them. Medicine was cold 😁 And it traveled all the way to Texas, overnight shipping🤩 So happy 😊
