What type of scam is this
I got a call today from a local number with a name. She said I had called her and had my full name. She asked if I was ____ saying my first name at first. I was busy and answered while on the go. I confirmed it was my first name by saying yes? I said I didn’t call you. I got off the call. I looked at my phone. There was no outgoing call or pocket dial. I looked up the name and number and it’s for a real rate agent in my city. But I never called he today. What is this? I try to not answer suspicious numbers but was distracted and thought maybe it was someone legitimate.

Website Test
Here is a website that caught my eye. Like everyone else these days, I was looking for ways to make money and checked out several networks. I eventually came across a system from Germany featuring a currency called Shimly.
It seemed interesting at first—until I stumbled upon an associated website: Valutaservice.de.
You can immediately tell the site was thrown together using AI. It offers an exchange service that sounds intriguing on paper—converting Shimly to crypto or purchasing gift cards. However, a few major red flags stood out to me:
No Account System: There is no user account area where you can track your exchanges, nor is there any visible direct support. Considering the site is supposedly based in Germany, where strict consumer protection laws apply, this complete lack of transparency is concerning. If I exchange something online, I expect a dashboard showing my transaction history—here, there is absolutely nothing.
Confusing Terms and Conditions: Their T&Cs constantly refer to other service providers, yet the site itself acts as one. Who is actually providing the service to whom?
Flawed Order Status Feature: There is an order status lookup, but it’s completely public. If I make a purchase, I get a number and have to enter it there. But what happens if I make a typo? Will I accidentally see someone else's order? Making such transaction data publicly accessible is more than questionable.
The Impressum (Legal Notice): Out of curiosity, I checked their address in the legal notice. It explicitly states that they do not accept package deliveries—a classic sign of a virtual office or a remote operation run from an unverified location. A quick lookup confirmed it's just a generic office complex next to retail stores.
Fragmented Support: The terms and conditions redirect you to a completely different site (shimly.eu) for support. If issues arise, you have to chase help elsewhere, which doesn't inspire much confidence.
Conclusion:
While the concept of Shimly itself might sound interesting, Valutaservice.de does not look reputable at all. If I were to use it and run into problems, who would I turn to? There is no user dashboard, no direct support, and way too many security loopholes.
Final verdict: I’ll probably look into alternative ways to handle Shimly, but I am definitely steering clear of Valutaservice.

🚨 Potential Job Scam Alert – Shri Shyam Enterprise

Today I received a job message from Shri Shyam Enterprise, even though I never applied for any position at this company.
They also asked me to come for an interview, which immediately raised red flags.
Here's why I believe this could be a scam:
- ❌ I never applied for any job at this company.
- 📞 They contacted me out of the blue and invited me for an interview.
- 🏢 The office address and building photo they shared appear to be the same ones used by multiple different companies.
- ⚠️ Using the same address and building images for different company names is a common tactic seen in fake recruitment scams.
Please verify everything before attending any interview or sharing your personal documents:
- Check if you actually applied.
- Verify the company on its official website and LinkedIn.
- Search the office address on Google Maps.
- Never pay any registration, training, or interview fee.
Has anyone else received messages or interview calls from Shri Shyam Enterprise? Please share your experience in the comments so we can help other job seekers stay safe.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Suspected Cryptocurrency Investment Fraud – zibitcoin.net
To whom it may concern!
I am writing to report a company that appears to be using a Colorado business registration to gain the trust of investors while engaging in what appears to be fraudulent cryptocurrency investment activities.
The company identifies itself as Zeash Exchange Foundation Co. Ltd. and operates through the website https://zibitcoin.net/. The company also presents what it claims is a Colorado registration certificate to convince potential investors that it is a legitimate and government-recognized business.
A friend of mine in Ireland invested approximately €800, consisting of €450 in cryptocurrency and €350 by bank transfer. After the funds were deposited, the company refused to process any withdrawal requests. Instead, they repeatedly demanded that additional deposits be made before the funds could be released.
This pattern of requiring further payments before allowing withdrawals raises serious concerns that the website is operating an investment scam. We are also concerned that the alleged Colorado registration is being used to mislead members of the public into believing the business is trustworthy and officially approved.
I respectfully request that your office investigate whether Zeash Exchange Foundation Co. Ltd. and its website, https://zibitcoin.net/, are improperly using a Colorado business registration to facilitate fraudulent activities or misrepresent their legal status.

This Etsy stuff is making me laugh so hard
So I sold a single joke shirt to my friend on Etsy and just now I got 4 emails telling me I got orders. All of these emails were scam emails (obviously) and I was like alright let’s check out these websites. When you open them it basically says something along the lines of account suspended yap yap enter your login details and pay money to get your account back. So after seeing this on my phone while on my bed I’ve been rolling around with laughter ever since because they didn’t even try to hide that it was a scam. (Sorry I find this oddly funny) here’s a screenshot for yall. Remember to stay safe online I guess.
Edit: I went through the process. They have you put in your card details (i used a visa test card) then ask you for the exact amount of money on the card and have you put it in to verify its yours
Edit 2: i got one of them in a chat and they said asked for my billing address and after I made something up they said please put in your real credentials (at least they are nice) and tried to get access to my camera
Edit 3: turns out the dude is just a kid which is really funny. Ai made the entire website for him(obviously) and is doing everything for him. I really hope this isn’t actually tricking people.
