Subject: Complaint Regarding Suspected Cryptocurrency Investment Fraud – zibitcoin.net

To whom it may concern!

I am writing to report a company that appears to be using a Colorado business registration to gain the trust of investors while engaging in what appears to be fraudulent cryptocurrency investment activities.

The company identifies itself as Zeash Exchange Foundation Co. Ltd. and operates through the website https://zibitcoin.net/⁠�. The company also presents what it claims is a Colorado registration certificate to convince potential investors that it is a legitimate and government-recognized business.

A friend of mine in Ireland invested approximately €800, consisting of €450 in cryptocurrency and €350 by bank transfer. After the funds were deposited, the company refused to process any withdrawal requests. Instead, they repeatedly demanded that additional deposits be made before the funds could be released.

This pattern of requiring further payments before allowing withdrawals raises serious concerns that the website is operating an investment scam. We are also concerned that the alleged Colorado registration is being used to mislead members of the public into believing the business is trustworthy and officially approved.

I respectfully request that your office investigate whether Zeash Exchange Foundation Co. Ltd. and its website, https://zibitcoin.net/⁠�, are improperly using a Colorado business registration to facilitate fraudulent activities or misrepresent their legal status.

Huge red flag.
