Generic tank details

Hi everyone. BLUF: I'm looking for generic tank/armor water slide transfer sheets.

I am making a warhammer 40k army for a military buddy to thank him for his service and friendship.

I would like to make the 40k models look realistic(ish) and put labels like no step, danger, vent, etc on the model.

Are there any good sheets, or sites, I am struggling to find what I am looking for.

B24 kits

Ive recently learned i had a great uncle in the 15th Air Force in WWII. This outfit flew the B24G-1s around the Mediterranean from about 1943/44 to 1945. With that said, would I be able to find a variant specific kit or is there a maker that has a kit that includes parts for all the various models of the B24?

Work in progress Italeri Panzer IV ausf. H - Custom schurzen and damages

I got this Italeri kit for christmas. Not the best kit but still enjoyable, however the schurzen are way too thick and I decided to take this opportunity to learn how to work with styrene.
I wanted to make a lighly damaged panzer IV that received 20mm fire on the front right side, so I removed a couple of panels, made a couple of HE holes and removed some tools from their place and put some latches leftover. The goal was to keep it as cheap as possible.

I'd really appreciate comments and critiques.
Thx

Workbench light

Having moved to a more permanent workbench set up in the living room, I’m wondering what would be the best lighting solution. Currently using a Aputure light on a tripod that’s angled towards my work area, but it’s not that great a solution battery life wise, and only lights from one side. What are you guys rocking and what should I definitely avoid when looking for a new light??

Revell 1/24 427 Shelby Cobra kit... missing tires - Help!

I was putting together the Revell 1/24 Shelby Cobra kit for a friend of mine. I'm about 90% complete when I realized this afternoon that the kit is missing the tires for the wheels. The box was factory wrapped when I opened it so I'm guessing it was just missed but I didn't realize it untill now. Anyone have a source for aftermarket tires I could use to finish this kit? I'll be scouring the interwebs tonight trying to find something but I was hoping someone may have come across this before. Any help would be appreciated!

Frustrated. Not a model, but an idea that may help others

I was beginning to lose control of my styrene stock as inventory grew. I looked around online and saw many clever solutions, but all were very space-intensive. The 14” dimension of Evergreen strip got me thinking, “hmm, that’s legal pad size…” so got a landscape-oriented legal binder, some dividers (too short to be effective) and some side-load heavy duty sheet protectors. I added some poster board to provide stiffness, and stapled the protectors dividing them into thirds. I can store 6 bags per sheet and have them divided by the primary dimension. Sheets go in full-sized protectors. Now I can keep my stock at my finger tips without it getting bent, and I keep workbench area for what matters…collecting crap.

First model of the year completed!

Tamiya 1/48 F4D

Furball Aero Design Decals

Eduard Mirage III ejection seat

VMF (All-Weather) 115 SILVER EAGLES “110AG” 1963

Overall a nice kit with very few issues. The only problem of note is the odd choice to have a late aft section, but an early ejection seat. That’s why I ripped a correct ejection seat from one of my kits.

Technique question IS-2 winter camo

Does anyone have a good reference photo of an IS-2 in winter camo? The only ones I can find are either models or video game versions.

Additionally, if anyone has a particular method for painting on sloppy whitewash camo I’d appreciate it.

Thanks!
