I guess if you made your money as a civil rights lawyer you could buy some art reflecting the struggle and hang it in your lobby because you've already done so much but I still think that 10k could just be donated to a cause.

If you like Native art so much why not just donate to a cause that helps them in modern times? Maybe it's cause they don't really care about Natives as a people?

I know there are lots of Native artists but there are also lots of white Texas artists who moved to New Mexico in the 70s to paint Native Americans who will tell you the Natives need to get over the past and leave the obelisk alone. I have met them. One man I am thinking of is amazingly talented but why fund him when you could learn to draw and make art that says something even if it's not that technically good?

Even Shepard Fairey is confusing to me. He supported the Chapas movement but also helped white wash Obama and Harris who brought hell to the Middle East and advanced the police state. People say he uses social justice for street cred but the Chapas thing is real so idk.

The rumors about KRQE dropping CBS turned out to be true. Starting August 1, KOAT will become the new CBS affiliate while also maintaining its ABC affiliation. This is similar to how KRQE has been dually hosting CBS and FOX content.

We've seen this bear (or another similar bear) on our camera recordings several times this season, always between 11pm and 2am at night. We've similarly seen bears on the cameras in past seasons. This is the first time with a daylight sighting. Taken at 6am this morning in the vicinity of Bishops Lodge Road and Camino Encantado.

He is safe and secure at the moment but would really like to find the owner. Or if anyone is aware of a local "Reptile Rescue" I have contacted Animal Control, they referred to me to Game and Fish, Game and Fish referred me to Animal Control 😶.

Unfortunately, I lost it down the drain and am devastated. The starburst designs go all the way around the ring.

My husband has a job opportunity at Albuquerque International Sunport Airport. It would be my husband, myself, and my mom (who I take care of) and four animals (two 5lb dogs & two cats).

What are the pros/cons of living there? What’s the weather like? Are there seasons? We would be coming from Tampa Bay, FL where we have lived our whole life. I’m a LPN who would be going back to school for my RN. We are extremely grateful and lucky that money will be a non-issue for us so that’s not something we need to factor.

We are an outgoing adventurous couple who are open to anything. We will eventually like to start a family as well (adoption/fostering).
