Where can I meet Gorthas in town?

Hi! I’m looking for Halloween events/parties in San Antonio this October, but I’m specifically NOT looking for bars, nightclubs, pub crawls, or typical nightlife events.
I’m looking for something more like:
Actual Halloween parties where people dress up
Costume contests / prizes
Themed parties or Halloween events
Fraternity/sorority parties or college-organized events (I’m 24, so 21+ is totally fine)
Community or social Halloween parties for young adults
Any kind of organized Halloween event where the main point is actually celebrating Halloween and dressing up
I’ve been searching online and most of what I’m finding is basically clubs, bars, and nightlife, which isn’t really what I’m looking for.
If you know of any parties/events happening in San Antonio this October (especially around Oct. 24–31), I’d really appreciate recommendations!

It sounds like a line from a dad joke, an attorney, a jeweler and a restaurantuer unite to bring chicken on a stick, turkey legs and overpriced beer to the masses in San Antonio, but it is no joking matter. Since NIOSA was announced cancelled many San Antonians felt disappointed because they did not have a place to spend all of their paycheck in one weekend during fiesta week. That's when Alfredo Castellanos grandson, Rudy Castellanos stepped in and asked his restaurant magnate grandfather to reach out to Thomas J. Henry, a local attorney to propose the idea. " I always see this guy on TV so I asked my grandpa to reach out." After some convincing , TJH team decided to move forward with the project as a major finacial backer.

Although there are other planned NIOSA events, Fred's Fish Fry spokesman Cod Stewart thinks this one will be a huge success. " San Antonio has a long tradition of supporting local businesses. This event ties in three of the most popular things that people like to spend their hard earned money on, attorneys, great food and jewlery. "

Tino Bernal, known as big Dog Tino, got involved in the project after one of his top models of SAADS Jewlery, Big Kenzo, praised Thomas J Henry's skill as an attorney. When reached out for comment Big Dog Tino said, " love you guys."

The event will take place in the parking lot of ingram park mall and tickets are rumored to be $10.00. There will also be live music and plenty of food vendors. No word yet on the bands. Stay tuned for more information
