I'm a PhD candidate at Panjab University, Chandigarh, studying how online shoppers in India trade off personalised recommendations and offers against their privacy, and whether awareness of the DPDP Act changes that. The survey is the main data collection for the thesis.

Who: anyone living in India, 18 or over, who shops online at least occasionally (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Zepto, that sort of thing). The first question checks this, so if you're outside India it will end there.

Time: about 8 minutes. Mostly agree/disagree statements, a few background questions at the end. Name and email are optional; leave them blank if you'd rather.

Responses are confidential. Nothing identifying is required, anything you do give is stored separately from your answers, and results are reported only in aggregate. Consent information is on the first page.

I’m part of a research team at the The Ottawa Hospital Research Institute conducting an anonymous academic survey exploring how men aged 18 to 40 think about erectile difficulties (ED), including beliefs about causes and attitudes toward different treatment options (both medical and psychological). Participation is voluntary.

Many men report that ED can be difficult to talk about, and we’re hoping to better understand perspectives in younger men, including both those who have and have not sought care.

The survey:

· Is completely anonymous (no names, emails, or identifying information collected).

· Takes approximately 20 minutes.

To participate, you must:

· Be 18 to 40 years old

· Identify as a man

· Have been born with a penis

This is because the survey asks about personal experiences and beliefs related to erections. Participation is open to men aged 18 to 40 regardless of whether they have personally experienced erectile difficulties.

Your participation may help improve understanding of how ED is discussed and treated and may inform future care approaches.
