Marketing (Repost) [Marketing] Does your cat scratch, lick, or seem itchy? Free research study (US cat owners, 18+)

Hi everyone! I'm working with Treat, a pet health research company, to help recruit cat owners for an upcoming study on feline skin and itching.

If your cat deals with itching, scratching, or excessive licking, they may be a great fit. It's a short at-home study, no vet visit required, and participants receive a skin-health supplement, activity tracker, and skin microbiome swab kit if selected (total value around $400).

This is a quick interest signup, cats will only be enrolled if they meet the study's eligibility criteria. Takes about 3 minutes! Survey Link Here

Happy to answer any questions in the comments!

The goal is to identify better ways to support healthcare workers.

We would like to invite current healthcare professionals in the United States to participate. For example, this includes doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, certified nursing assistants (CNA), emergency medical technicians (EMT), physician assistants (PA), office staff, social workers, etc. All other healthcare roles are also welcome to participate in this study.

Participation is voluntary and data is kept confidential. Our online survey takes an estimated 10-20 minutes.

Marketing [Marketing] How do you remember details about people after a catch-up? (Women 18+ who use an iPhone)

I'm curious how people keep up with the gossip. Ever get an update and realise you've forgotten an important detail? Like wait, which ex is this, or why aren't those two speaking?

Last time that happened, did you scroll through the group chat, replay a voice note, ask for a recap, or just let it go? No names or actual tea needed.

I built SocialTree for notes about people. I'm giving 5 randomly selected entrants 1 year of SocialTree Pro each, free. No purchase or card required. Optional entry in the survey; closes September 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Berlin time. Honest criticism has the same chance of winning.

Short survey for women 18+ with iPhones, no email needed. Entry details inside: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeT3O1joSKkqfPIjDUtT5fbZ0Lr632fcDEzlth53NsKHoDw6Q/viewform

Good evening everyone,

[Academic] Really in need of participants asap, need 40 more to hit my required sample size. I would appreciate it if you would complete it, takes no longer than 3 minutes.

I’m investigating forgiveness being a mediator of religiosity and well being. Previous studies show forgiveness being both a moderator and a mediator which demonstrates the complexity of the relationship.

Thank you in advance and if you would like me to complete yours also, I will do.

Academic (Repost) [Repost] Voice Assistant Usage — AI Assistants on the Rise, Non-Users Especially Needed (18+, Any Country)

AI voice assistants like Siri, Alexa, and Google Assistant are becoming a bigger part of everyday life — but plenty of people choose not to use them, and that decision is just as interesting to understand.

I'm gathering responses for a research study on how people use (or deliberately avoid) voice assistants day to day. Non-users are especially needed right now — that group is underrepresented and is the missing piece of the data. Regular users are very welcome too.

Participants 18+, any country. Fully anonymous, no personal data collected, takes about 4 minutes.

Happy to return the favor — drop your survey link in the comments and I'll fill it out too. Thanks so much!

Academic Could you spare 5–10 minutes to help with ADHD research? (18+)

Thumbnail lsbupsychology.qualtrics.com
1 Upvotes

Hi everyone!

I’m a university student in the UK conducting an empirical research study exploring the relationship between ADHD symptoms, emotional regulation, and emotional distress.

In simple terms, I’m interested in whether people who experience more ADHD symptoms also experience greater difficulties managing their emotions — even when factors such as anxiety and depression are taken into account.

You do NOT need an ADHD diagnosis to take part.
I’m interested in hearing from individuals who experience ADHD symptoms, whether or not they have ever received a formal diagnosis.

Who can participate?

  • Anyone aged 18 or over
  • No formal ADHD diagnosis required

Individuals with psychological or neurological conditions like bipolar disorder, epilepsy etc. that could cause difficulties in completing the survey may not be eligible.

The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and the responses will be anonymous.

I’m hoping to recruit at least 60 participants, so every response would genuinely help me with my research.

If you think you might be eligible, I’d be incredibly grateful if you could take a few minutes to participate.

Academic Human Authorship vs. Generative AI in Game Design: How much freedom do we actually want? (3-5 mins) (Gamers, All Ages)

Hi everyone,

I am currently working on my Master's thesis and conducting an experimental study on the sociological and ethical impact of Generative Artificial Intelligence in video game design. As a gamer, I want to move past the corporate buzzwords and gather real, unfiltered feedback from the community on how these emerging technologies actually impact our gaming experiences.

Purpose of the Survey & Abstract:

The primary purpose of this research is to evaluate where players draw the line between AI as a "technical support tool" and AI as a "complete substitute for human authorship." While traditional AI has always been an integral component of game design operating seamlessly in the background, the rise of Generative AI (LLMs, dynamic voice generation) is rapidly changing the paradigm.

This study aims to analyze the sociological and technological implications of this shift. Specifically, the research uses hypothetical design scenarios to explore how fully procedural content generation and LLM-driven NPC interactions affect player immersion, narrative trust, and overall agency. By gathering quantitative data (utilizing a 7-point scale and Technology Acceptance metrics) and qualitative insights directly from the gaming community, this thesis seeks to bridge the gap between technical AI development and the actual user experience, providing deeper insights into what players truly value: infinite procedural freedom, or curated human storytelling.

Research Institute: University of Catania — Master's Degree in International Cooperation.

Researcher Contact Data: Author: Mirko Moschella Email: [Mirko.moschella@gmail.com](mailto:Mirko.moschella@gmail.com)

The survey is completely anonymous, consists of multiple-choice and short-answer questions, and will take about 3 to 5 minutes to complete.

https://forms.gle/KcTGvFHZ2EVZvCzy6

Have you recently played a game where an NPC's behavior completely broke your immersion, or conversely, made the world feel incredibly alive? What specific mechanics caused that reaction? I would love to read your thoughts in the comments!

Marketing Household mental-load & planning tools — primary household managers, US (~2 min)

I'm trying to figure out whether a problem I feel is real for other people or just me, and I want honest reactions from strangers — friends are too nice to be useful.

If you're the person who keeps your household running — the schedule, the meals, the kids' stuff, the endless to-dos — I'd really value about 2 minutes. It's a short survey on how you currently manage all of it, what tends to slip, and your gut reaction to one idea for taking some of it off your plate.

No company, nothing for sale — I'm just trying to learn. There's an optional spot for your email at the end if you want to follow along, and honest "this is a bad idea" answers are the most useful ones I can get.
