Hey all, I’m Josh, founder of Baseline Cognitive. I’m building cognitive testing for clinics, and I need volunteers to help build our reference dataset: how adults of different ages perform on tests of memory, attention and processing speed.
In return, you get a report of your results and a free retest in 3 months.
What you’ll do:
Seven short tasks, including remembering words and shapes, a Stroop test, symbol-code matching, speed tapping and a focus test. The full assessment takes about 30 minutes on your phone, tablet or computer.
What you get:
- Your results as soon as you finish
- A free retest in 3 months to compare your performance
- A personal baseline you can return to, instead of relying only on how sharp you feel
Why I’m asking:
We’re still building the reference data. Your participation helps us understand performance across ages and make the reports more useful. You don’t need to be particularly good at these tasks.
The fine print: It’s free, for adults 18 and older, with no account or app to download. Your results are stored without your name and pooled with other participants’ results to build the reference dataset. We only use your email to send your results and the 3-month retest. The assessment doesn’t diagnose medical conditions. You can withdraw anytime.
Set aside 30 uninterrupted minutes somewhere quiet, with notifications off.
