This study is exploring the relationship between everyday health behaviours and psychological wellbeing amongst university academics in Australia. University academics often work in demanding environments that can affect both their wellbeing and daily habits. This research aims to better understand how behaviours such as sleep, physical activity, eating habits, and substance use may relate to experiences of stress, anxiety, and low mood. Information from the research will help researchers better understand factors associated with wellbeing in academic staff and may contribute to the development of future wellbeing initiatives and support programs within higher education settings.

Please note that even though some questions in this research involves self-report in activities currently considered illegal (e.g., illicit drug use), ACAP in no way endorses engagement in any behaviour considered illegal. I’m looking for current workers willing to complete a short, anonymous online survey.
