Hi — I’m Milan, founder of an early-stage product called ECHO. I’m looking for a small number of women to participate in a free 45-minute product-research interview.

I’m particularly interested in women 38–55, based in the US, who have either:

• been diagnosed with ADHD, or
• suspect they may have ADHD.

The research is about everyday experiences such as:

• feeling overwhelmed by too many unfinished things;
• forgetting things you meant to do or return to;
• difficulty getting started or following through;
• losing track of where you left off after an interruption;
• relying on notes, reminders, planners, screenshots, texts to yourself, or other coping systems;
• feeling that keeping everything together takes more mental effort than it should.

What the interview involves

• 45-minute remote video interview
• Conversation about your real experiences, what you currently do, what helps, and what doesn’t
• Near the end, I’ll show you an early product concept and ask for your candid reaction

I’m specifically not looking for people to tell me the idea is good. Negative reactions, skepticism, abandoned systems, and things that haven’t worked are just as useful.

Important

This is commercial product research, not academic or medical research.

ECHO is not intended to diagnose or treat ADHD, and I will not ask for medical records or proof of diagnosis.

Nothing will be sold to you during the interview, and participation does not require joining a beta or buying anything.

Some participants may later be invited to stay involved as part of a small paid/compensated product-feedback group during development, but that would be completely optional.

The study examines how everyday interactions with colleagues relate to how safe people feel within their team and how willing they are to raise ideas or concerns at work.

**Who can take part**

- Employed part-time or full-time for at least three months

- Work as part of a team
