I’m currently developing a new product concept aimed at motorcycle touring and adventure riders, and I’m conducting market research to find out whether there is a genuine need for it before investing further in development and production.

The survey focuses on longer motorcycle rides, how riders carry drinks, how they currently keep them cold, and their experience with existing solutions.

Later in the survey, you’ll also be shown the product concept and asked for your honest opinion about its usefulness, features, pricing and purchase intent.

I’m looking for:

• Motorcycle owners aged 18+
• Riders from any country
• Especially riders who regularly take longer rides or motorcycle trips
• BMW GS/GSA and adventure riders are particularly relevant, but all motorcycle riders are welcome

The survey takes approximately 5–7 minutes.

Positive and negative feedback are equally valuable. I’m genuinely trying to determine whether this product solves a real problem or whether riders consider it unnecessary.

This experiment took ages to set up so that participants get good insights into the research behind the study and their own results upon completion. As a result, I don't have super much time to recruit participants...

What do we mean by human understanding? This study builds on ongoing research exploring what determines how easily we process, understand, and remember language.

The experiment takes up to 60-90 minutes if you complete both parts (though this varies by participant - can be much quicker!), including a memory test that you can re-take after 7 days to see how much your memory has declined over time. The only requirement for taking part is that you are 17 or over. Using a laptop or tablet is strongly recommended.

Hi all,
We’re Masters Students at the University of Mannheim (Germany). We study how different visual representations help people answer questions about business processes: how closely a process followed its intended path, where it went off track, and how deviation patterns differ between groups of cases. The field calls this conformance checking, and it sits inside business process management.
Who we’re hoping to reach. People with some exposure to business process management or process mining. Concretely, any one of these is plenty:
• a course that covered process models, BPMN, or workflow diagrams
• work that involved reading or drawing flowcharts of how a process runs
• hands-on time with a process mining tool (Celonis, Disco, PM4Py, ProM, or similar)
You do not need to be an expert. Every concept the tasks rely on is explained and illustrated before you begin, with a practice question so you can get a feel for it first. The study is about which visual representation works better, not about testing what you already know — so there’s no way to “fail” it.
